Biomutant Junk Depot is a landmark featured in the video game developed by Experiment 101, located in Sector 8E of the Whereabouts Biome.
Junk Depot comes with five Area Objectives you have to find during your adventure.
The first one is a Bioblob Container, the second and third ones are Resource Totems, and the last two are Suber Loot Chests.
Although rich in loot, the Junk Depot in Biomutant is not part of the game’s story, and there are no side-quests to be completed here. Nevertheless, you’ll want to visit it for the goodies you can find.
So let’s go over this area and see how to get all of them.
Where To Find Junk Depot In Biomutant
As you can notice on the map below, this landmark is found in the northwestern corner of the Whereabouts Biome.
Specifically, you’ll find it close to the following areas:
- East of Goneforevermore, which is an important location we have covered here
- Northeast of Nono Nest 8E, we also cleared
- North of Fixer-Upper 7E
- West of Boulderbroke quarry
When you get to this location, you’ll notice that Junk Depot is on top of a small hill.
Before heading up, though, you’ll want to locate both Resource Totems.
Where To Find The Junk Depot Resource Totems
The first Resource Totem in Junk Depot is in the southern part of the hill where the actual landmark is found.
In the picture below, you can see its exact location even though it was destroyed.
So, this is the first totem you’ll want to get.
After the previous totem, head east around the hill.
The second Junk Depot Resource Totem is also outside the landmark, as you can see in the following screenshot.
It’s close to a rather large tree.
Where To Find The Bioblob Container In Junk Depot
Good, so now that you got both Resource Totems, it’s time to enter the Junk Depot.
When you get to the hill, the first thing you’ll want to do is to clear the area. There are several enemies and a miniboss here, so take care of them.
Next, enter the large building, and on the right side, you’ll see the Bioblob Container below.
It’s close to some tables, as you can see.
Where To Find The Superb Loot Chests
Great job, now that you got the Bioblob Container, you have 2 Superb Loot Chests to find in this area.
The first one is close to your current location, so once you get the container in the large building, turn around to spot a small cabinet that is glowing.
Or a workbench if you want.
Finally, head outside, and in the courtyard, you’ll see a smaller building.
It should be on the right side as you exit the large warehouse, behind a truck.
Open the door to the said building, and in front of you is the cabinet with the second Superb Loot.
After you find and collect the last Superb Loot, the Biomutant Junk Depot Area Completed notification should appear on your screen but don’t forget to fully explore this landmark for additional goodies.
