Sniper Elite 5 Libération Personal Letters do not contain any important information or intel that can help you to complete the mission, but they show you the fear of the nazi soldiers for the Resistance fanatic that hunts them down.
Personal Letters are one of the five types of collectibles you need to find and add to your collection in order to achieve the From Paris with Love Trophy and a three-star rating for the mission.
Where To Find the Libération Personal Letters in Sniper Elite 5
Personal Letters can be found on nazi soldiers, inside a house’s attic, in a German barrack, and between the trenches.
Personal Letter #1 (They’re Out There)
Once you start Mission 6: Libération, get to the main road and wait for the cargo truck to pass. Follow the cargo truck to the Abandoned Farm to the right (northeast), across the road.
One of the three nazi soldiers is holding the first Personal Letter. Kill him and search his body to collect it.
Personal Letter #2 (Watch Your Back)
For the next Personal Letter, complete the primary objective in the Southern Town by neutralizing German defenses: destroying the armored vehicle, taking out the sniper, and destroying the radio communications.
Follow the west road until you reach Le Grande Mansion on the left, where you must complete the kill list – Jaan Trautmann. In front of the mansion, two nazi soldiers are having a conversation, and one of them is holding the second Personal Letter. Take him out and search his body to collect it.
Personal Letter #3 (Vengeance is Nigh)
Get back on the west road and follow it just before the Western Bridge to find the Riverside House on the right side, close to an AA Gun. Clear the area guarded by two nazi soldiers, get inside the house, and climb the ladder to the attic.
At the top, on the floor, you will find the third Personal Letter next to an RSC 1918 Rifle. Also, you can use this spot to locate the three snipers in the Western Town to complete the Secure A Crossing primary objective.
Personal Letter #4 (Give Me Strength)
Leave the house and follow the road along the river to the Eastern Bridge. Across the wooden bridge is the German Field Camp, with a dozen nazi soldiers guarding the area. Take them out, and complete the objective by removing the explosives at the bottom of the bridge.
Once you are done, in the northwestern part of the camp is a green wooden barrack, where you will find the fourth collectible on a crate just after the doorway.
Personal Letter #5 (Barely Escaped)
For the final Personal Letter, proceed north from the German Field Camp through the German Trenches. Search the trenches for an artillery gun with lots of cartridges on the ground on the eastern side. You will find the final Letter on a green ammo crate next to the artillery gun.
