Sniper Elite 5 Hidden Items are collectibles you need to find while exploring France, looking for a way to destroy Project Kraken.
Alongside other collectibles (Workbenches, Stone Eagles or Dead-Eye Targets, Classified Documents, and Personal Letters), they are required to unlock the following achievements/trophies:
