Mount Garrison Monument To Justice is a Forspoken location you can find while exploring the western part of the Praenost region in the dangerous land of Athia. For clearing this landmark, you will be rewarded with a stat increase of Health +5, and also get you one step closer to completing 100% of the Mount Garrison area.
The Monument seems inaccessible because it is located on the top of a huge rock, which is impossible to climb with your parkour abilities, but don’t worry, just follow our guide below, and you will complete this location in no time. The landmark is located in the western part of the Praenost region, in the Mount Garrison area, as shown on the following map.

How To Reach the Mount Garrison Monument to Justice in Forspoken
As you see, the rock can’t be climbed from the ground, so you will need to get on higher ground. To do so, you must go to the base of a mountain located 100 meters west of the Mount Garrison Monument To Justice and then climb to the top using Frey’s ability to parkour to reach a small plateau, as shown on the map below.
Now position yourself at the edge of the small plateau west of the Forspoken landmark and jump towards the golden rock coming out of the wall. In the middle of the jump, hold the square button on your PlayStation controller to aim at the golden rock using Frey’s Zip ability, as you can see in the following picture.
Now that you’ve reached the top of the rock, you can interact with the Mount Garrison Justice Monument to receive your reward.
