God of War Ragnarok Hel’s Perch is a small region in the Helheim Realm, which is named after the resting place of Hraesvelgr, the giant eagle-shaped originator of the wind.
In the God of War Ragnarok Hel’s Perch, you’ll need to find the Nine Realms in Blossom collectible to achieve the region’s 100% completion rate.
The Hel’s Perch Nine Realms in Blossom collectible becomes available after finishing the Reunion Main Mission, where you defeat Gram by bringing Fenrir back to life.

Where To Find The Hel’s Perch Nine Realms In Blossom In God Of War Ragnarok
Fast travel to the Hel’s Perch Mystic Gateway, follow the left path, and climb up the wall.
At the bottom of the stairs and next to the locked gate is a drop-down point in a large open area (where you fought against Gram).
Also, there are Lore Marker and Odin’s Raven collectibles here that you can collect as part of the Helgrind region (covered in-depth here).
Drop down and keep going forward until you reach the end of the area, then look to the left and throw a spear at the wind coming out of the wall.
Now, climb the ledge on the left and swing across using the spear stuck in the wall.
At the end of the path, you’ll find one of the Nine Realms in Blossom Flower, known as the Soulblossom.
To return to the Hel’s Perch Mystic Gateway, swing back on the other side, and just before the locked gate, there is a turning wheel.
Shoot sigil (purple) arrows at the gear on the right side of the gate while turning the wheel.
Then, throw your Leviathan Axe at the purple arrows to create a chain reaction and freeze the gear at the top, holding the gate in place for you to go through.
