You should find the Kyber Brick collectible locked in a chest on the roof of the building here.
To open the chest and complete Lego Star Wars Skywalker Saga The Lighting On The Wall Puzzle, you have to enter the correct code with the help of the red buttons inside the building. The entrance can be found on the east side of the building.
