You can find the first witness by going west from the stormtroopers.

Witness #2: On The Roof

Now go to the second marked location on the map above.

The second witness awaits you on the roof of the building here.

To reach him, jump on the crates under him and then to the roof, as shown in the next image.

Switch to a Jedi or Dark Side character to make use of his double jump on this part.

If you are having a hard time reaching the roof, use the force to stack some crates from nearby to make the jump distance smaller.

Witness #3: Near A Green Mountable Creature

He is right near a green mountable creature.

When you speak with the witness, he will try to run away, so switch to a ranged character and chase him.

Convince the witness to chat some more by shooting at him.

Witnesses #4&5: Inside Chalumn’s Cantina

The fourth and fifth witnesses are inside Chalumn’s Cantina, which you can enter through the door (check the following screenshot) marked with “4&5” on the map above.

You can find one of the witnesses near the entrance, and you can speak with him if you switch to a Protocol Droid.

Pay him some studs to make him spill the beans.

The other witness here is a bartender so switch to another character because droids are not allowed inside.

Go to the bar, speak with the bartender with a sign above his head, and then go back outside.

Witness #6: Inside The Suspicious Residence

Make your way to the sixth and last location marked on the map above.

Then switch to a Bounty Hunter and knock on the door here to find out you can enter only if you look like the person in the hologram.

You can find the person a little to the south from here, as shown in the next image.

Switch to a Jedi or Dark Side character and use your Mind Tricks on the person to influence her.

Now go and knock on the door with her to get it open.

Go inside the Suspicious Residence, speak with the last witness, and then return to the Investigating Trooper to complete the Lego Star Wars Skywalker Saga Ma Klounkee Most Foul Side Mission. Nicely done! You added Greedo to your rooster.
