Databank #1 (Local Directory): Near The Meditation Point
Once you leave the Coruscant Rooftops and reach the Renovation Site 4733 using the zip line, you’ll be prompted to Wall Run on the ridged walls.
From here, keep going through the area until you reach the Meditation Point in Renovation Site 4733.
In the area with the Meditation Point, you’ll find a terminal that you can scan with BD-1 by pressing 
/
Down and collect the first Databank entry in the Renovation Site 4733 section.
Databank #2 (Desi’s Noodles): Inside A Bar
From the Meditation Point, climb the nearby stairs and run on the colorful billboard, then enter through the door at the bottom of the next set of stairs.
You’ll reach a small closed bar in a purple-lit area that you can scan with BD-1 and unlock the second Renovation Site 4733 Databank collectible.
Databank #3 (Abandoned Shop): At The Bottom Of Broken Stairs
The next Databank collectible can be found a bit further into the area.
Keep following the objective marker until you have to run on a curved blue-and-white curved billboard and climb up on a wall.
After you run onto the next colorful billboard and swing across the gap using the light pole, you’ll have to cut a rope by pressing 
/
.
Use the rope to swing over the large gap by pressing 
/
and holding forward, then climb up the wall.
At the top, you’ll find some broken stairs leading down on the left side of the path.
Take down the stairs by jumping the gap and enter the room to find a Force Echo containing the third Databank collectible.
Databank #4 (Ascension Cable): Automatic Story Unlock
The fourth and final Databank entry in Renovation Site 4733 is an automatic story unlock.
Progress through the area until you have to squeeze through a gap, then fight a droid mini-boss called K-405.
After you defeat it, you’ll find a pile of junk in the corner of the area that you can examine by pressing (R3), unlocking the final Renovation Site 4733 Databank known as the Ascension Cable.
The Ascension Cable will allow you to grapple to certain points in the world and access hard-to-reach areas.
