The Inland Sea Tablet is the third Memory Record you can find in the One Piece Odyssey Waford Record Side Story.
After receiving the second Waford Record, Madame Stonely asks for your help to bring her the Inland Sea Tablet, which can be collected in the north part of Waford South area.
The NPC says that she will read you the writings on the tablet if you want to discover more about the Waford area’s history. Also, you will get five Cozy Beetles as a reward for completing this Side Quest objective.

How To Start The Waford Record Inland Sea Tablet Side Story
To start the third objective of the Waford Record Side Quest, you must find Madame Stonely, located in the southeast part of the Waford South area, as you can see on the map.
Now speak with the cute Yoisa waiting for you near the Taxi Sign. You can see how Madame Stonely looks in the next picture.
Where To Find The Inland Sea Tablet
The third Memory Record Tablet is found on a small island in the north part of One Piece Odyssey Waford South area.
More precisely, you have to go north of the Lake Shore Cave until you reach the end of the path, as pointed out on the map.
Be aware that after you pass the Lake Shore Cave entrance, you will encounter a small tunnel through which you can pass only with Chopper. After you exit the tunnel, continue to the right, and the circular island should appear.
To get the Memory Tablet, you must use Luffy’s ability to jump on the island’s ruins and climb down the vines.
The Waford Record is located to the right of the Taxi Sign, as shown in the following picture.
