Trek To Yomi Chapter 5 Artifact Collectibles Guide

Trek To Yomi Chapter 5 Artifacts are less challenging than the ones we already found in Chapter 4 (covered in-depth here), but an untrained eye can still miss them. They are, however, required to unlock the associated achievements and trophies. Chapter 5 in Trek To Yomi continues Hiroki’s journey with his determination to escape the wretched land filled with all sorts of enemies.

Artifact #1 – Great Thunder

The first Chapter 5 collectible artifact can be found at the beginning, on the main road. You should have no problem finding it.

Artifact #2 – Cleaving Thunder

The second artifact can be found after dealing with the first bandit in ghost form. Proceed to the next area and immediately turn left to find the Cleaving Thunder collectible artifact on a crate in the lower-left corner of the screen.

Artifact #3 – Earth Thunder

After solving the second puzzle with symbols, you will find the collectible artifact on the main path. I have marked the artifact in the image below so it will be hard to miss.

Artifact #4 – Black Thunder

Once you see the set of doors open, proceed to the right of the screen. You will find the collectible artifact next to a stand with a vase.

Artifact #5 – Couchant Thunder

Slightly further on, you will find yourself in a room with a saving shrine and a statue with candles in front of it. Pass the statue on the right to reach another part of the room. The fifth Chapter 5 artifact in Trek To Yomi can be found at the bottom of a stand with a burning vessel.

Artifact #6 – Roaring Thunder

The Roaring Thunder artifact can be found before the partially opened giant door. You will find it on the left, next to the saving shrine – we’ve marked it on the image above.

Artifact #7 – Young Thunder

After you solve the third puzzle with symbols, stand on the pressure plate on the left side in the background to bring back the last section of the floor. The artifact can be found on the other side of the area (marked in the image above).

Artifact #8 – Fire Thunder

The last collectible in Chapter 5 can be found at the end of the level, on a stone fence near the large stairs shown in the image below. You will need to get really close to the artifact for the interaction icon to appear on your screen.
