Atlas Fallen The Watcher’s Fury, is the first side-quest you can start in Caladrias Forbidden Lands region of the video game published by Focus Entertainment, but as you are about to see, it’s also one of the trickiest.
The Watcher’s Fury Atlas Fallen quest is relatively easy to complete, provided you know how to survive the wraiths. And more importantly, when.
The idea behind this side quest is to make you think you can complete it right away; however, this is, in fact, one of the final side quests you’ll finish before leaving for Monsalar Bastengar’s Underground.
So, throughout the following guide, I’ll tell you how to survive the wraiths in Atlas Fallen The Watcher’s Fury quest.
How To Start Atlas Fallen The Watcher’s Fury Side Quest
The Watcher’s Fury quest in Atlas Fallen becomes available the moment you enter the Forbidden Lands area and remains active until you leave. To be able to play it, all you need to do is find the traveling vendor because he is the one who needs your champion’s help.
The following map shows the first location where the traveling vendor spawns early in the game.
It is worth outlining that the traveling vendor relocates constantly during your journey as you discover new areas. When you get close to him, you should be able to spot a kite in the sky.
When you meet him the first time, he’ll ask for your help, so make sure you agree to hear what he has to say.
The vendor tells you that he needs some rare materials you can obtain from wraiths sent by Thelos. So, he’ll want you to retrieve them. Here is what you need to do next.
How to Defeat the Watcher’s Fury in Atlas Fallen
Instead of focusing on The Watcher’s Fury side quest, you should totally ignore it because even if this is the first side quest in the game, you won’t be able to finish it unless you wish to spend some time reloading.
Simply put, for this straightforward quest, you must deal with waves of wraiths, and while you have the option to escape the encounter, it’s best to defeat them because of the loot they offer.
As such, postpone this quest and focus on all other errands, side-quests, and activities available in the first region. To help you find them, check our Atlas Fallen Wiki hub here.
As you progress both the story and complete the available activities, you’ll become notably stronger; thus, the Watcher’s Fury challenge will become a lot easier.
Before leaving Caladrias Forbidden Lands, however, you’ll want to look for the wraiths at the location marked below.
When you enter the search area, your screen will start turning white; then, you’ll move to an arena where you’ll have to deal with waves of wraiths and a boss.
If you follow the advice above, collect all armor sets, and level up your champion, you’ll easily defeat them. To complete the challenge, you also have to beat the Scrimmur boss, which, as you can see, is a flying wraith.
Again, make sure you face the enemies instead of running away, and once you are done with all of them, collect all loot on the ground before returning to the traveling vendor.
In exchange for completing the challenge, you’ll receive Formula V, and you get to keep all goodies from the mobs you defeated.
