In the Kehjistan region of Diablo 4, known for its ancient cities, dense jungles, and mystical landscapes, you can find and collect 31 Altars of Lilith.

The Altars of Lilith provide benefits to all characters within the realm, including boosts to stats or currency, and also award 10 Renown for the region.

Most of the D4 Kehjistan Altars of Lilith are well concealed behind rocks or trees, making it difficult and time-consuming to discover all of them yourself.

Where To Find All Kehjistan Altars of Lilith in Diablo IV

It is worth mentioning that some of the Altars of Lilith in Kehjistan require you to progress the story until you’ve reached Act 6, while others are more accessible after completing the campaign.

1In the desert area, towards the northwest corner, tilted and partially submerged in the sand in the Scouring Sands area.
2North of the Halls of the Damned dungeon, embedded in the sand and propped against a rock in the Silent Expanse area.
3Northeast of the Tarsarak Waypoint, in the corner of a set of ruins in the Silent Expanse area.
4East of the Alcarnus Stronghold, beside a towering pillar of a ruin elevated above the sandy terrain in the Forgotten Watch Post area.
5West of Tarsarak, on the edge of a cliff in the Forlorn Badlands area.
6Near the entrance of the Abandoned Mineworks dungeon in the Rezam’s Excavation area.
7Northeast of the Denshar Waypoint, hidden in the palm trees in the Bleak Dunes area of the Fields of Hatred.
8Southeast of Denshar Waypoint, on the other side of a small wooden bridge over a small river in the Pallid Oasis area of the Fields of Hatred.
9South of Denshar Waypoint, hidden between trees near the edge of a cliff in the Pallid Oasis area of the Fields of Hatred.
10After conquering the Omath’s Redoubt Stronghold, crawl through the rubble into the small room across the Crumbling Hekma dungeon to find the Altar of Lilith.
11West of the Omath’s Redoubt Stronghold, hidden among the palm trees near an oasis in the Hakan’s Oasis area.
12Southeast of Gea Kul, concealed by a cluster of trees with its back facing the camera in the Eastern Basin area.
13East of the Hakan’s Refuge dungeon, hidden between palm trees with its back facing the camera in the Central Plateau area.
14Northeast of Gae Kul, near an abandoned camp in the Central Plateau area.
15North of the Hakan’s Refuge dungeon, at the end of a small path surrounded by cut palm trees in the Central Plateau area.
16North of the Denshar Waypoint, trapped under a wooden crane in the Forgotten Overlook area.
17Next to the Renegade’s Retreat dungeon, on the edge of a cliff near some ruins in the Caldeum Bazaar area.
18Southwest of the Imperial Library Waypoint, sitting among the rubble in the Residential District area of Caldeum.
19West of the Tunnels Beneath the Oasis story dungeon, tucked between a cliff face and palm trees in the Dahlgur Oasis area.
20Northwest of the Corrupted Grotto dungeon, take the climbing point that leads to a small gulch to reach the Altar of Lilith in the Scorched Gulch area.
21East of the Heretics Asylum dungeon, tucked away in a corner near a climbing point in the Blistering Strand area.
22Northwest of the Forgotten Ruins dungeon, on the shore near some debris in the Jagged Coast area.
23West of the Vizjerei Athenaeum story dungeon, at the end of a narrow pathway near a cluster of rocks in the Dimmed Grotto area.
24In the Altar of Ruin Stronghold, head east until you come across a large crimson pit to find the Altar of Lilith.
25West of the Altar of Ruin Stronghold, tucked between palm trees along the shore in the Forgotten Coastline area.
26South of the Sunken Library dungeon, resting against a cliff in the Tar Pits area.
27South of the Altar of Ruin Stronghold, perched at its summit of rocky terrain in the Scorching Dunes area.
28Northeast of the Shivta Ruins, inside a small building with a worn-out roof and walls with flickering red candles in the Lut Bahadur area.
29South of the Inferno dungeon, in front of a ruin covered in sand in the Dunes of Despair area.
30East of the Collapsed Vault dungeon, near some wooden scaffolding in an alcove in the Road to Alcarnus area.
31In the Alcarnus Stronghold, hidden beneath some wooden planks in the northeast section of the fortress.
