The Engine Problems Puzzle location is in the bunker on the south part of the base, near the landing pad.

So let’s see what exactly is going on in that bunker and find out how to get one of the Kyber Bricks available in this area.
Engine Problems Puzzle Solution – How To Get The Kyber Brick
First, approach the bunker’s entrance, which is near the landing pad.
The gate is probably closed, so you have to go above it and find the lever that opens it.
Once you’re in the bunker, go toward the south until you reach a big engine. Talk to the mechanic here to receive more details for the Engine Problems Puzzle.
As you can see in the screenshot above, you have to help him find three engine parts that go in the place I marked with an arrow.
You have to turn toward the bunker’s entrance and look for the boxes hanging from the ceiling for the first engine part.
Now switch to a Hero character and pull the platform holding the boxes to drop the first part you need, right near the engine.
Put the piece in the engine in its corresponding spot to fit perfectly.
You need two more parts for the Lego Star Wars Skywalker Saga Engine Problems Puzzle.
The next one is in a box on the west side of the bunker, as you can see in the following screenshot.
Break the box and take the piece to put in its place in the engine.
And the last engine part can be found on the east side of the bunker, near some stairs, in a box, just like in the next image.
Smash the box and put the piece in the engine.
If you put all the parts in the right place, the engine should look like this:
Now pull the lever that you see near the engine and speak with the mechanic again.
The engine will blow up, leaving only the Kyber Brick in its place.
