One Piece Odyssey Solve The Pedestal’s Mystery is one of the early objectives you’ll have to complete during Chapter 3 in the Dust Ruins.
During Solve The Pedestal’s Mystery objective, you’ll have to find and place two hexagonal sigils on the statue’s pedestal to move it and unlock the stairs leading to Wind Colossus.
Each sigil can be found both in Dust Ruins Mirror Room and in Dust Ruins Corridor. To obtain these sigils, you’ll have to solve a series of puzzles involving light, mirrors, and the strange machine in the Observation Room.
So, in the following guide, we will explain how to solve the Dust Ruins Puzzles and how to obtain the two sigils in One Piece Odyssey.
Dust Ruins Mirror Room Puzzle Solution
After you reach the Observation Room, go down the stairs on the right to enter The Mirror Room.
In this room, the goal is to rotate all of the mirror pedestals with buttons on them, connecting the light beams with other mirrors until you they turn off and open a door.
There are three mirror sections, each unlocking a different door. The first mirror section is near the door you’ve just entered through.
Rotate the mirror near the staircase two times to reflect the light into the nearby door and unlock it. Then, cut down the metal door with Zoro and interact with the green orb in front of you.
Interacting with the green orb will power up the device in the Observation Room, which we will need next.
The second mirror section can be found near the center of the room, features four mirrors, and is optional to complete as part of the objective. After you rotate the mirrors and unlock the door, you’ll find a chest containing Burst Brew.
The third mirror section can be found in the room’s northeast corner and features only two mirrors, but one is buried in the sand and can’t be rotated.
Just rotate the first mirror to reflect the light into the one buried in the sand, then return to the Observation Room.
In the Dust Ruins Observation Room, interact with the strange device, which will flip the rooms upside down.
After flipping the rooms, go up the stairs to enter the flipped version of the Dust Ruins Mirror Room.
Once inside the Mirror Room (Flipped), look for the light beams on the ceiling. Make your way to the balcony under the second mirror and hit the button using Luffy or Usopp in aiming mode.
Doing so will rotate the mirror reflecting the light into the door and unlocking it.
Once the door is open, return to the Observation Room, interact with the machine and flip the rooms again.
Go down the stairs to enter the Mirror Room, then go through the door you’ve previously opened. Inside, you will find one of the two sigils required for the pedestal.
After you pick up the sigil, the nearby door will open, and the fight against Volcano Dragon miniboss will start.
Defeat the Volcano Dragon to claim the Eastern Wind Crest (sigil) and return to the Observation Room.
Dust Ruins Corridor Room Puzzle Solution
From the Observation Room, go up the stairs and enter the Corridor Room. As you go down the stairs in the room, you’ll trigger a cutscene showing the location of the sigil on the ceiling.
It is mandatory to enter the normal version of the Corridor Room and trigger the cutscene, or you will not be able to find the sigil in the next part.
Once you’ve triggered this cutscene, return to the Observation Room, interact again with the machine to flip the rooms, and go down the stairs to enter the flipped version of the Corridor Room.
After entering the room, cross the section covered in sand and avoid the enemies swimming around until you reach the stone platform.
Follow the path on the stone platform and deal with the beetle along the way until you eventually find a sand pool in the middle, where Adio will pick up the Western Wind Crest (sigil) during the cutscene.
With both sigils at hand, return to the Dust Ruins Observation Room and place them on the statue’s pedestal to complete Solve The Pedestal’s Mystery objective and unlock the path leading to the Wind Colossus.
