One Piece Odyssey Battlefield Courier is a side quest you can complete by helping a worried father get in touch with his son, Hator.
Besides the good sentiment you’ll have for helping another man (or NPC), you’ll also receive 18,000 Berries and a Family Ring.
However, Hator will not be easy to find, that is, if you don’t know where to look.
So, provided you want to complete the One Piece Odyssey Battlefield Courier side story without struggling, go ahead and check the guide below.
How To Start Battlefield Courier
To start this quest, you must first reach Chapter 3 and travel to Alabasta again.
Then, you have to find the quest giver, Officer Segem, who is located in the Desert Near Alubarna area.
So fast travel to the area and look for the NPC in the Royal Army Garrison on the east side of the desert, as shown on the following map.
If you can’t remember how to fast travel exactly, we got you covered with our guide here.
Once at the location marked on our map above, look for the man top of the stairs, near the table with the chairs.
Talk to him to find out that he is Officer Segem, and he wants you to deliver a letter to his son, Hator.
Now, let’s see how to find Hator and complete the One Piece Odyssey Battlefield Courier side mission.
Where To Find Hator
Segem lost track of his son after he joined the Rebel Army.
So you should start looking for Hator in the Rebel Army camp, located on the west side of the Desert Near Alubarna area. The exact location of the camp is marked on the following map.
Get into the camp through the eastern entrance and immediately turn right.
Talk to the corpulent man on the wooden platform to learn that he doesn’t know Hator but thinks you should ask the tall old veteran up the ladder.
Now, go up the ladder next to the overweight man to find the tall old veteran and speak with him.
It seems that the veteran soldier doesn’t know Hator’s location either, but he redirects you to Segem’s son’s partner, who is resting under the canopy.
So, get down the ladder and go to the camp spot, then turn to the east to see a man in a red shirt with a black hat.
Go talk to him because he is Hator’s partner, and you’ll find out that you should look for the missing son in the Baroque Works hideout.
We are finally getting somewhere, and the One Piece Odyssey Battlefield Courier quest reward is almost yours.
You’re now probably asking yourself where was the Baroque Works hideout, which you visited for the main story in Chapter 2.
Well, you can enter the hideout from the Royal Army Garrison, where you met Officer Segem.
So, make your way back to the garrison and look on the south side for a hole in the ground with a ladder because that is the entrance to the hideout.
To aid you even further, we’ve pinpointed where you have to go on the next map.
Now get down the ladder, and you’ll find yourself inside the Baroque Works hideout.
Go all the way down using another two ladders and turn left to see a man dressed in red with the back at you.
If you talk to him, you’ll find out that he is Hator, and after your conversation, he will give you a letter to bring Segem.
All you have to do now is return to Segem and give him Hator’s reply letter, completing the One Piece Odyssey Battlefield Courier mission. But there is more to do in this video game, so check our Wiki Hub here for other useful guides.
