If you want to get all customization items in Star Wars Jedi Survivor, then the Chests Map Upgrade or the upgrade that will help you see all Chests collectibles locations on Cal’s Holomap is mandatory.

Just like the Databank Map Upgrade or the Treasures Map Upgrade, the upgrade that allows you to display all Treasure Chests on your map, is found by accessing a specific terminal using BD-1’s Slice skill.

This terminal however, is very well hidden in an area you won’t get to explore as part of Cal’s story in the action-adventure game developed by Respawn Entertainment.

Don’t worry, though, because, throughout the following guide, we’ll help you get to the said area and find the terminal that will save you a lot of time when looking for all Star Wars Jedi Survivor Chests collectibles.

How To Show All Chests Collectibles Locations On Your Map In Star Wars Jedi Survivor

The area you are about to discover is found on Planet Koboh, but even if this is the second planet you’ll reach as part of Cal Kestis’ journey, it is recommended first to finish the story and unlock all of his abilities.

Some of these abilities are required to get to the terminal in question. After the story, return to Planet Koboh and use a Meditation Point to reach the Mountain Ascent Meditation Point.

The Mountain Ascent Meditation Point is unlocked as part of the story, so you likely have unlocked it already.

Now, from the Mountain Ascent Meditation Point, head towards the Foothill Falls area, which is only several steps away at the end of a linear passage. The moment you enter the Foothills Falls region, you’ll see a small lake and, behind it, a Relter, the flying mount you can use to get over large gaps.

In the screenshot below, you can see the Relter you must find and the destination point, which is a shack on the other side of a large canyon.

After flying the Relter to the shack in the screenshot above, explore this side of the canyon, looking for a secret trapdoor.

The trapdoor you’ll need to find is on the left side of the house we have marked, and you’ll need to use the Force Lift to open it.

Again, you can see its location in the following screenshot.

Great job! Now that you found the trap door jump inside the tunnel behind it, and you’ll enter a new area known as Phon’Qi Caverns.

The terminal you are looking for is at the bottom of the Phon’Qi Caverns, an area that’s quite linear.

Be advised, though, that the moment you get to the bottom of the caverns, you’ll have to deal with three bosses:

  • Urjef Mekor
  • Sebb Eshan
  • “Prince” Patren

Defeating them is mandatory for obtaining the Chests Locations Display Map Upgrade in Star Wars Jedi Survivor.

After you manage to deal with the three bosses, look around in the room where you fight them, and you’ll see a door with a terminal BD-1 can Slice.

Open the door, and follow the tunnel behind it to get to a grated wall Cal can climb. Next, dash through the green forcefield, and in front of you sits the terminal you must hack to get the Star Wars Jedi Survivor Chests Map Upgrade. Here is its exact location in the game.

That’s how you unlock the Chests Locations Map Upgrade in Star Wars Jedi Survivor; however, you should be aware that even if you see the locations of these collectibles on your Holomap, most of them are locked behind puzzles that require some extra work.

Because of this, check our SW Jedi Survivor Wiki Hub whenever you get stuck because we’ll help you get 100% completion at the end of your journey.
