If you’ve been following our guides on how to complete the Suicide Squad: Kill The Justice League Riddles, you’ll need to head to the Central Business District to solve the last three puzzles. These Riddles are similar to the ones we’ve already covered, which means you’ll need to locate certain objects and buildings to solve them.
In this guide, I’ll tell you where to find them and how to use the hints you receive from Edward Nygma to decipher every conundrum in the Central Business District.
How To Solve the Suicide Squad Riddles in Central Business District
To make the whole guide easier to follow, I have marked the locations where you’ll find the solutions to these Riddles on the following map.

Riddle #1: In Director Bones’s Operation, See Normal Rise Above Its Station
The first Riddle you must solve in Central Business District is: “In Director Bones’s operation, see normal rise above its station.” To complete it, you’ll need to find the Department of Extranormal Operations building. The most important clue here is Director Bones, the leader of the DEO.
Head to the location I have marked on the map above (east of Lexcorp) and remain on the street level. In an alley, you should be able to see the entrance to the said department. Above it is the DEO logo you must scan.
Riddle #2: With Colors Bright and Profits Low, Here Simon Says He Runs the Show
The second Riddle Edward Nygma has for you is: “With colors bright and profits low, here Simon says he runs the show.” In this Riddle, you have another important clue – Simon, which hints at Simon Stagg, the scientist and businessman.
His building is located in the southwestern corner of the district, and all you need to do is scan the large colored sign on the exterior wall.
Riddle #3: The Symbol of a Reigning Queen, It’s Where Our Ollie Makes His Green
For the third Central Business District puzzle, you must solve another Riddle: “The symbol of a reigning Queen, it’s where our Ollie makes his green.” This Riddle hints at another important DC character: Oliver Queen, or Green Arrow’s father, who established Queen Industries.
You can find the landmark west of Stagg’s building. To finish the puzzle, scan the large Queen Consolidated at the location I marked above.
