Atlas Fallen Hidden on the Cliffs Treasure Map: Where To Find the Hidden Chest

Atlas Fallen Hidden on the Cliffs is one of the first Treasure Maps you’ll get your hands on in the latest video game developed by Deck13 Interactive, and it allows you to find a hidden chest that contains Formula III.

To get to the Hidden on the Cliffs Treasures Chest, though, you must solve a little riddle by finding the location depicted in the Atlas Fallen Hidden on the Cliffs Map, and this task can prove tricky if you don’t pay attention to the environment.

Atlas Fallen Hidden on the Cliffs Treasure Map Location

Let’s start with the location of this specific Atlas Fallen Treasure Map, which is one of the 6 Treasure Maps in the Caladrias Forbidden Lands region.

Unlike other Treasure Maps, the Hidden on the Cliffs Map is an item you must purchase from the vendor in Castrum VII or the settlement you must reach while playing the Path to Bastengar side quest.

After reaching the village, the moment you enter the front gate, turn left, and you’ll see a female vendor. You can see her location on the map below.

Talk to the vendor and access her inventory. Now, purchase the Hidden on the Cliffs Treasure Map for 950 Gold.

If you don’t have enough money, consider selling some of the artifacts you have found. Now that you got the map let’s see where to find the hidden treasure.

Where To Find The Hidden on the Cliffs Treasure Chest in Atlas Fallen

The moment you start the Treasure Hunt, go to the menu and choose the Journey tab. Now, select the Treasure Maps, followed by the Hidden on the Cliffs Treasure Map, to read the following riddle:

“The rocks are steep, and the ravine deep. The village is near, but the old guard post is closer.”

The entry also provides a picture of a ruined guard post. But where is it?

The guard post you are looking for is north of Eastern Ruins Anvil. You can see it marked on the map below.

Suppose you unlocked the Anvil, fast travel to its location via the Anvil in Castrum VII. Now move north to the area marked on the map above, and when you get close to the guard post, head towards the western edge of the mountain.

You should be able to spot some wooden platforms leading down. Keep following them, and you’ll reach a gap at the base of the guard post. Jump and dash to the other side, then you’ll see a glowing patch (pictured below) on the ground.

Get close to it, then press Up on your Dpad to pull out the Treasure Chest. Open it to get the Formula III, which allows you to unlock the level 3 upgrades for the following Essence Stones:

• Idol’s Shriek
• Hammer Blast
