Venom of the Nangari is one of the Hawezar hidden quests in Diablo 4 that require you to find the Curious Venom quest item and bring it to Timue at her hovel.

The Curious Venom quest item can be tricky to find as it only drops from a specific category of enemies in a particular location in Hawezar.

As such, in the following Diablo IV guide, we will cover everything you need to know on how to start and complete the Venom of the Nangari side quest.

How To Start the Venom of the Nangari Quest in Diablo 4

In order to start the D4 Venom of the Nangari quest, you must find and collect the Curious Venom quest item.

You can obtain the Curios Venom item as a drop from the Nangari enemies (Snake men) in the Blightmarsh subregion of Hawezar.

It is a fairly uncommon drop, so it might take you a few killed Nangari until you get the drop. Also, it is recommended to finish The Swamp’s Protection side quest from Timue to increase your chances.

During our session, we got the drop from a Nangari Longfang in the Morass of Misery area of the Blightmarsh subregion, as shown in the image below.

Where To Find Timue in Diablo IV

Once you’ve obtained the Curious Venom, make your way to Timue’s Hovel and speak with her.

When you talk with Timue, she will tell you about the Curious Venom from the Nangari and that the Nangari are native to the current location, unlike others.

The length of their existence and how they arrived remain unknown. The venom’s clearness indicates this Nangari was about to begin molting.

Then, Timue points out that the seasonal molt might happen soon and mentions the belief that keeping some of the venom in one’s house brings luck, as long as it is free of parasites.

As a reward for bringing her the venom and completing the Venom of the Nangari quest, you will receive XP, Gold, an Elixir Cache, and 20 Renown Points for the Hawezar region.

If you wish to keep track of all the side quests within the region, please refer to our Hawezar side quests locations guide. Also, we have more helpful guides on our Diablo 4 Wiki Hub Page regarding collectibles and quests.
