Diablo 4 Flesh and Blood is a relatively long quest you can complete in the Fethis Wetlands area of the Hawezar region.

In the Flesh Blood side-quest, you must help a woman NPC named Yonca discover what happened to her family.

Note that the Flesh and Blood quest can be challenging if you don’t pay close attention to your surroundings while tackling the objectives.

Therefore, you should definitely check the walkthrough below to learn how to help Yonca and complete D4 Flesh and Blood side-quest.

How To Start Flesh and Blood Quest in Diablo 4

It’s good to know that to start Flesh and Blood, which is part of the 49 Hawezar side-quests, you don’t need to meet any special requirements.

You just have to advance with the main story all the way to Act 5 and reach the Hawezar region.

Then, make your way to Light’s Wane in the middle of the Fethis Wetlands area, and you’ll find Yonca sitting next to a dead horse at the exact location pinpointed on the following D4 map.

When you speak with the NPC, you learn that she was on her way to her parents’ farmhouse to get some answers from them as she was sent away ten years ago.

Considering the swamps are dangerous, you shouldn’t let Yonca travel on her own.

Now let’s see where you can find the said farmhouse.

Where To Find the Farmhouse in Diablo 4

After you finish your conversation with Yonca, go ahead and open the map to see a search area in the northwestern part of the Fethis Wetlands area.

The farmhouse is located in the northwestern part of the Fethis Wetlands area

Within the search area, you can find the farmhouse you are looking for, so head to it.

Once inside the house, you’ll find a lot of dust, but Yonca will ask you to look around for any information about her parents.

To complete the next objective, you need to find four items inside the house, and if you have problems doing so, check the image below.

Clues about Yonca's parents in the farmhouse

Here is a list of what you must find in the house, following the order in the previous screenshot:

  1. Kaan’s Note
  2. Kiraz’s Belongings
  3. Weathered Box
  4. Storage Chest containing Windchime Sails

It seems Yonca’s mother got infected, and the father couldn’t handle it; thus, he decided to kill himself.

After finishing another conversation with Yonca, you must find Kaan’s remains near the river outside.

To continue, open your map to see another search area northeast of the house.

Once you get there, you can find Kaan’s remains by the river, on the left side; we’ve marked the location on our next map.

Now interact with Kaan’s Corpse, then pick up the Windchime Strikers from the ground and give them to Yonca.

The NPC will tell you she wants to say goodbye to her parents by putting the windchimes up.

The first one goes on the tree next to the remains.

For the other two, you must go to the search areas on your map.

Note that while Yonca fixes the windchimes, you must protect her from the mobs that will attack you.

Make sure you clear all the mobs marked with red dots on your map to clear the objective.

After fixing the third windchime, Yonca hears the voice of her mother coming from the house.

To aid you even further, we’ve pinpointed the precise spots you must get to for the last two windchimes and the place from where the voice is coming.

Fix the windchimes at the spots marked on the map and then head to the place from where the voice is coming

When you get back to the house, at the third spot marked on our previous map, you’ll actually find Yonca’s mother.

She didn’t die because she is infected, and the swamp doesn’t harm what it thinks belongs to it.

Yonca is very happy and can’t thank you enough, so good job!

You’ve completed Diablo 4 Flesh Blood and received XP, Gold, Renown points, and a Cache. However, you can now focus on another Hawezar side-quest, like A Debt Repaid.
