Diablo 4 The Greater Good is a gather quest you can complete in the Forsaken Coast area of the Hawezar region.

In Greater Good side-quest, you must retrieve some stolen supplies for Lyndon, the boss of the small town of Backwater.

The Greater Good is part of the 49 Hawezar side-quests, and it’s easy enough, but even so, you need to finish it if you want to achieve 100% completion in the fifth region of D4.

Now, make sure to check the walkthrough below if you want to complete D4 The Greater Good side-quest quickly.

How To Start The Greater Good Quest in Diablo 4

To be able to play The Greater Good, you must get to Act 5 and complete the Dead in the Water side-quest, available in the Hawezar region.

Then you must find Lyndon, an NPC located in the big hut in the middle of the Backwater town on the east side of the Forsaken Coast area, as shown on the following map.

When you reach the quest giver, he will tell you that bandits got into town last night and stole from the community stockpile.

If you would retrieve everything, you’d help out Lyndon and Backwater a lot.

The boss even sends Orton, his right-hand man, to accompany you.

Now let’s see where precisely you can find these stolen supplies.

Where To Find the Stolen Supplies in Diablo 4

After finishing talking to Lyndon, you should open your map to see the quest’s search area northwest of Backwater.

Of course, the supplies are somewhere in the search area, and if you simply can’t find them on your own, don’t hesitate to check the D4 map below.

The stolen supplies are located northwest of Backwater

Once you get to the spot marked on the previous map, you’ll find the stolen supplies and the bandits.

Thus, slay all the bandits first, then worry about the supplies.

However, with his dying breath, one of the bandits says that Lyndon threw them out of Backwater and the supplies are what they were owed.

To continue, ask Orton if he believes the bandit, but the right-hand says that his boss wouldn’t do such a thing to honest folk.

Now open the Bandit Chest next to the cart to get Backwater’s Missing Supplies.

Finally, you must return to Lyndon in Backwater, preferably by using the town’s Waypoint to fast travel.

After handing the stolen supplies to Lyndon, he will thank you on behalf of Backwater and says he will keep you in mind if anything new comes along.

Great job, our Nephalem friend! You’ve managed to complete Diablo 4 Greater Good and received the following: XP, Gold, Renown points, and a Cache. However, you can start the next quest from Lyndon, named Discretionary Spending.
