The region in Diablo 4 contains a total of 28 Altars of Lilith that can be discovered and collected.

Every Scosglen Altar of Lilith that you come across can earn you 10 Renown points for the region.

Moreover, it provides benefits to all the characters on that realm, such as increases in their stats and currency capacity.

Altars of Lilith can easily be spotted by the red glow in the open world, but some of them are hidden in places you wouldn’t think looking.

4Before entering the Dry Steppes region in the southwestern part of Scosglen, there is a path in The Ancients’ Woods area that leads to a small cave with the Altar of Lilith.
5Southeast of Tur Dulra Stronghold, near an abandoned campsite covered in moss in The Ancients’ Woods area.
6Make your way to the northeast walkway of Tur Dulra Stronghold and look for a spot to jump across to a broken tower with the Altar of Lilith inside.
7East of the Wretched Delve dungeon, resting near a broken wall and some trees at the end of a path in The Ancients’ Woods area.
8South of the Marowen Waypoint, near a flowing water in the Writhing Book area.
