Diablo 4 The Seer is a gather quest, the first of a Scosglen questline, and to complete it, you must collect Goatman Entrails for Baewyn The Seer.

It seems gross, but you’ll see it’s for a good cause, and finishing The Seer, which counts as one of the 47 Scosglen side-quests, is necessary if you’re aiming for 100% completion in the region.

The quest can get difficult because you have to find and kill a lot of Goatman, which will fight back, of course.

Therefore, if you want to complete D4 The Seer side-quest as fast as possible, don’t hesitate to check the following walkthrough.

How To Start The Seer Quest in Diablo 4

The first thing you need to worry about if you want to start The Seer side-quest is to progress with the Act 2 story and complete the Dark Omen main-quest.

Then you need to travel to The Cinder Woods in the southwestern part of the Strand area in the Scosglen region and look for Baewyn The Seer, a male NPC who is reading a Goatman’s Entrails.

If you talk to Baewyn, he will tell you that the Goatman are encroaching even more on these lands, and he is trying to figure out why and how.

It seems that with a bit of skill, you can learn a lot from someone’s innards, and the NPC will ask you to open the Goatman’s gut further so he can get a better reading.

Thus, attack the Goatman Entrails to continue.

Unfortunately, Baewyn will not be satisfied and will ask you to procure more Goatman Entrails for him to study.

Now you can open your map to see the quest’s search area on the west side of the Strand, where you must find and kill Goatman to get their Entrails.

However, the Entrails are not a guaranteed drop, and you’ll need to slay a bunch of Goatman to get five of the quest items, which is the required amount for the objective.

Note that the Goatman are marked with red dots on your map to make them easier to track.

Also, considering that the Goatman are not that strong, to save time, it would be best to run around and gather them into bigger groups, then slay all of them.

Kill Goatman in the search area to get Entrails

Once you obtain the five Goatman Entrails, you must go to Baewyn, who is waiting for you in Corbach in the middle of the Strand area.

Check the next D4 map for the exact location of the NPC.

After getting to Corbach, preferably by fast traveling to the Waypoint, go talk to Baewyn, who you can find on the north side of the settlement.

When you finish your discussion with Baewyn and give him the Entrails, you also complete Diablo 4 Seer side-quest, receiving the following: Gold, XP, Renown points, and a Cache. However, you can now continue the questline and start Smoke Signals, the next quest.
