Legend Of Zelda Tears Of The Kingdom Health & Stamina are extremely important for surviving hard battles and exploring the open world, and you’ll always feel that you don’t have enough of both.
Increasing your health will allow you to become more tanky, which is very useful as you advance in the game and encounter more formidable enemies.
Of course, you also need to know how to heal to fill those hearts.
As for stamina, the more you have, the longer you’ll be able to run, climb, swim, glide, etc.
You’ve probably at least once started swimming thinking you’ll reach the other side of a lake or something, but you’ve drowned halfway there. Or started climbing a tall mountain and fell to your death.
So, now that you know all the benefits you gain from increasing your health & stamina, you should check the following Legend Of Zelda ToTK guide.
How To Increase Health & Stamina In Zelda ToTK
After you’ve started your adventure and landed on the Great Sky Island, you’ll soon have to find three shrines to open the door to the Temple of Time.
You’ll notice that each time you complete a shrine, you’ll get a Light of Blessing which is a yellow glowing orb, as shown in the image below.
To check how many orbs you have, open your inventory by pressing + on your controller, go to the Key Items tab by pressing L or R, and look for the said items in the list.
Once you’ve completed your first four shrines and gathered four Light of Blessing orbs, as part of the main story, you’ll get to a Goddess Statue in the Temple of Time, where you can exchange the four key items to get an extra Heart Container for your health bar.
From now on, each time you bring four yellow glowing orbs to a Goddess Statue, you can get an extra Heart Container, or you can opt for a small increase in your stamina bar.
The good news is that there are around 150 Shrines in the video game developed by Nintendo from where you can get the Light of Blessing orbs, which means you can increase your stats quite a lot.
Also, there are several Goddess Statues where you can exchange the orbs, and they are scattered all around the open world.
Although, even one statue can be enough because, with the help of fast travel, you can get to it in no time.
