Zelda Tears Of The Kingdom Pit Cave Dandelion Puzzle awards you one of the many Korok Seeds you must collect while exploring the beautiful world of Hyrule in the latest video game developed and published by Nintendo.

The Zelda ToTK Dandelion Puzzle is found in the Great Sky Island area; above the Pit Cave, you’ll get to explore while working on reaching the third Closed Door Shrine.

Unlike the Mining Cave Korok, which rewards you with two Korok Seeds, by figuring out how to tackle the cute Great Sky Island Dandelion, you’ll get one Korok Seed you can spend later in the game.

So let’s see where to find the Dandelion in question and how to get the Korok Seed by solving the associated puzzle.

Where To Find The Great Sky Island Dandelion Korok Seed In Zelda ToTK

On the map below, you can see the exact location of the Dandelion you must find, and as you can notice, it is above the Pit Cave. The exact map coordinates are 0625, -1658, 1507.

To get to the Dandelion, you must exit the Pit cave, then climb to the mountain’s peak; however, you must be aware that Link can freeze to death.

To avoid this, make sure you learn how to protect Link from cold and heat, and also consider obtaining the Archaic Armor Set first because it allows you to freely explore the snowy areas.

Now after reaching the location on our map above, start climbing the mountain, and you should be able to spot a rather large and unusual Dandelion.

How To Solve The Pit Cave Mountain Dandelion Puzzle

To solve the Zelda Tears Of The Kingdom Dandelion Puzzle, you don’t need any of Link’s abilities, but you’ll need to act fast.

Basically, if you want to get the Dandelion Korok Seed, all you have to do is to hit the Dandelion with a weapon and catch the seed that flies away.

This, however, can prove a difficult task because the seed doesn’t follow a fixed path, meaning that first, you’ll want to place Link near the Dandelion and see where the seed flies by hitting the flower with a weapon.

Without moving Link, pay attention to the flying seed and rotate the camera to see where it lands.

The next step is to hit the Dandelion again, but this time get ready to run after the seed. As you are about to see, it will land nearby, so you don’t have to cover too much ground. The idea here is to examine the Dandelion Seed before it reaches the ground because it will vanish.

Or, simply put, if the flying Dandelion Seed hits the ground, the puzzle resets. As said, this puzzle can become annoying, but if done correctly, it shouldn’t take too long until you get the hidden Dandelion Korok Seed.
