Atlas Fallen A Hole in the Desert Treasure Map is an item you can collect while playing one of the errands in the Caladrias Forbidden Lands area of the video game released by Deck13 Interactive.
A Hole in the Desert Map and the associated Treasure Chest are easy to miss if you rush through the story, ignoring the NPCs you encounter during your adventure. Since A Hole in the Desert Treasure Chest contains a Blue Dye you can use to customize your champion’s appearance, it is recommended to find it the moment you pick up the Treasure Map.
Even if this Atlas Fallen Treasure Hunt is notably easier than Hidden On The Cliffs, for example, throughout the following guide, I’ll tell you where to find the Treasure Map and the hidden chest.
Atlas Fallen A Hole in the Desert Treasure Map Location
As said, A Hole in the Desert Treasure Map is best approached while playing one of the early errands in the game’s first area.
The errand is named Eyes In The Desert, and it requires you to find three lookouts. The Atlas Fallen A Hole in the Desert Map is in front of a brazier near the Deseret Lookout, precisely at the location marked on the following map.
Obviously, you can also get your hands on the said map while free roaming without playing the errand. In this case, you’ll want to head to the location I have marked above and look for a small building.
Inside is a brazier, and in front of it, you’ll find a golden journal. Pick it up to trigger the Hole in the Desert Treasure Hunt.
Where To Find the A Hole in the Desert Treasure Chest in Atlas Fallen
As usual, upon picking up the map, you must access it via the game’s menu. Check the Journey Tab, then select Treasure Maps and A Hole in the Desert. You should see an image depicting a pointy rock.
Under the image, you can read the following text:
“A desert has many holes and caves. Some are long tunnels that lead to other rocky sides.”
Luckily the pointy rock you must find is very close, so open your map, and you should see the search area for the Treasure Chest south of your current location.
Now, you must reach the location marked on your map, but get ready because you’ll be ambushed by several wraiths.
Dispatch them quickly, then position yourself in front of the pointy rock and its hole. Look around for a glowing patch of sand and get close to it.
Press Up on your Dpad while standing near the glowing sand to raise the buried chest, then open it to obtain the Blue Dye.
And that’s about it, champion! You completed the Atlas Fallen A Hole in the Desert Treasure Hunt, so make sure you visit our Wiki Hub here if you want to find more treasures and all collectibles in the video game.
