Diablo 4 Bad Blood is a side-quest you can complete in Hawezar, the swampy region of the video game developed by Blizzard Entertainment.

Bad Blood follows the story from the Necrotic Research side-quest, and this time, you have to test Gulyas’ Nangari transformation potion.

However, the Bad Blood side-quest can get tricky if you don’t pay close attention to your surroundings, and you might require some assistance to finish it.

Therefore, throughout the following walkthrough, we’ll provide step-by-step instructions to help you complete D4 Bad Blood side-quest quickly.

How To Start Bad Blood Quest in Diablo 4

Considering that Bad Blood counts as one of the 49 Hawezar side-quests, you need to reach the swampy region in Act 5 before anything.

Then you must complete a series of side-quests, the last being the mentioned Necrotic Research.

Furthermore, you must travel to Gulyas’ hut on the southwest side of the Forsaken Coast area.

We’ve pinpointed the exact location of the quest giver on the D4 map below.

Diablo 4 Bad Blood becomes available after completing the Necrotic Research side-quest

Once you reach the NPC and ask her what’s next, she will tell you that the potion you helped prepare in Necrotic Research is ready.

Gulyas wants to be thorough and test the potion on both cultists and non-cultists.

As such, let’s see where to find the test subjects starting with the non-cultists.

Where To Find the Bandit Camp in Diablo 4

After finishing talking to Gulyas, take the potion from the left side of the hut.

When you’re done, open the map to see a search area to the east, on the south side of the Forsaken Coast.

In the said search area, you can find a bandit camp where you can test the potion on the non-cultists.

If you have problems locating the camp on your own, don’t hesitate to check our following map.

The Bandit Camp is located on the south side of the Forsaken Coast area

Once you get to the camp, you must add Gulyas’ Potion to the Cookpot, then hide by interacting with the spot highlighted white between the trees on the left side, as shown in the next image.

Shortly, a few bandits will come to eat from the Cookpot and then die.

Now let’s see where to find the cultist camp to test the potion on them as well.

Where To Find the Cultist Camp in Diablo 4

If you open your map after finishing your business in the bandit camp, you can see another search area on the south side of the Toxic Fens.

The camp’s exact location is marked on the map below if you want to save time and head to it directly.

To continue, do the same as you did in the bandit camp and add the potion to the Cookpot.

Then hide in the spot highlighted white near the water and wait for the cultists to come and eat.

You have the same result here, as the cultists will die after eating.

Now you have to return to Gulyas and report what happened to complete Diablo 4 Bad Blood. Of course, your efforts will be rewarded with Gold, XP, Renown points, and a Cache. But if you’re up for more, you can start another Hawezar side-quest, like Brought to Heel.
