Diablo 4 No Deed Unpunished is an accessible Act 3 side-quest, which you can start by finding a Cultist Missive while exploring the Dry Steppes region.

Just like the Hunger for a New Life quest, No Deed Unpunished becomes available after completing the Loose Threads main-quest.

Note that, No Deed Unpunished, which is part of the 38 Dry Steppes side-quests, can get tricky if you don’t pay close attention to your surroundings.

But no worries because, as always, we got you covered, and throughout the following walkthrough, we’ll provide all the instructions you need to complete D4 No Deed Unpunished side-quest.

How To Start No Deed Unpunished Quest in Diablo 4

Assuming you’ve already reached Act 3 and completed Loose Threads, you must make your way to Abahru Canyon on the west side of the Tusmaa Rift area (east of Ked Bardu town).

On the following map, we’ve marked the exact location where you can start No Deed Unpunished.

The closest Waypoint to the quest’s location you can use to fast travel is the one in the town of Ked Bardu.

From the town, you can cover the rest of the distance on your mount, provided you’ve reached the beginning of Act 4, where you unlock it.

After you reach the spot, look for a Cultist Missive on a pile of stones and interact with it to get the following message:

Brethren, the bandits of Onyx Watchtower are nothing more than common thieves, but they hold a location of extreme value. We will bring to them the Word of Lilith giving them a purpose in life and thereby swelling our own ranks.

Thus, let’s see how we can stop the cultists’ recruiting efforts.

To continue, you must head to the search area south of The Onyx Watchtower area, as shown on the next map.

Note that area has a lot of mobs roaming around, so we hope you’ve sharpened your blade.

When you are exactly in the middle of the search area, in Bluffs of Olzei, you can find several corpses of Cultist Recruiters.

Upon interacting with the corpses, you get another message:

The corpses of the Triune cultists sent to bring the Word of Lilith to these bandits. All valuables have been stripped from the bodies. A trail of blood leads elsewhere. Perhaps there’s a survivor.

Hence, your next objective is to look for survivors, and you’ll find one northeast, in Lakren’s Overlook.

Once you get to the spot, search for a cage containing a Wounded Triune. The cultist starts cursing immediately after you release him and says he will kill everybody.

You’ve had enough fun; take down the cultist to complete Diablo 4 No Deed Unpunished side-quest. Your prize for finishing the quest consists of a Herb Cache, XP, Gold, and Renown points. However, you can start the Reject the Mother quest, also available in the Tusmaa Rift area.
