Sealed Khazra Offering is one of the Kehjistan secret quests in Diablo 4, where you have to collect the quest item of the same name and harvest death anima from Khazra to open it.

How To Start the Sealed Khazra Offering Quest in Diablo 4

In order to begin the Sealed Khazra Offering side quest in Diablo IV, it is necessary to locate the quest item known as the Sealed Khazra Offering.

You can obtain the Sealed Khazra Offering quest item by killing Khazra enemies (Goatmen) in the Southern Expanse subregion of Kehjistan until one of them randomly drops it.

Check the image marked below for a possible drop location to get the quest item. Keep killing Khazra enemies or Goatmen until you get it.

Also, there is a World Event spot marked with an orange circle a bit south of the marked location below, which is an excellent spot for farming Goatmen to obtain the Sealed Khazra Offering.

Furthermore, you can start the Zakarum’s Plight side quest by speaking with Tameon in the Hakan’s Oasis area of the Southern Expanse subregion.

How to Harvest Death Anima From Khazra in Diablo IV

After you pick up the quest item, you’ll have to harvest death anima from the same Khazra enemies.

Kill the Khazra enemies marked with red dots within the blue circle area on the map.

When you kill them, they drop their death anima that looks like a flame. Check the image below for a visual reference.

Collect all the death anima until you fill the quest progress bar located under the minimap.

Upon completing the Sealed Khazra Offering quest in Diablo 4, you will receive 20 Renown Points for the Kehjistan region, as well as XP, Gold, and the Glowing Khazra Offering.
