Diablo 4 With Fangs Bared is a kill quest where you must slay Una, the werewolf, with help from Artair.

Note that With Fangs Bared is part of a questline, and the 47 Scosglen side-quests, and of course, you need to tackle all of them if you want to achieve 100% completion in the second region of the video game developed by Blizzard Entertainment.

The quest is not hard, provided you have a decent build, because you’ll need it to fight a pretty tough Elite enemy.

As such, don’t hesitate to check the walkthrough below, and make sure to easily complete D4 With Fangs Bared side-quest.

How To Start With Fangs Bared Quest in Diablo 4

In order to play Fangs Bared, you need to take care of the following requirements:

  1. Reach Act 2 and the Scosglen region
  2. Complete the previous quests in the questline: First Among Wolves and The Snare

At the end of The Snare quest, you talk to Artair, the NPC who’s been helping out, and he explains the plan of defeating Una.

You two must first summon her, kill her, and then Artair will seal the magic back within the totem.

In case you forgot, Una is the reason people are turning into Lycans in The Downs area.

At the suggestion of Artair, you must head to an old barrow in Umbralwood, where nobody will interfere with all the summoning and killing.

The barrow is located on the east side of The Downs area, as you can see on the following D4 map.

Where To Find Una in Diablo 4

Now you must make your way to the Abandoned Barrow, which is close enough to the Under the Fat Goose Inn Waypoint,

So, use the Waypoint to fast travel if you have it unlocked or a mount if you have one yet, and head to the Abandoned Barrow, which is basically a small dungeon.

Once you reach the spot marked on our map above, venture into the Abandoned Barrow, and you’ll shortly reach a larger area with three pedestals.

On the pedestals, you must place the following:

  • Khazra Blood
  • Werewolf Blood
  • Druid Totem

You should already have these items from the previous quest in the questline.

Then, Una will appear like magic, and you have to take her down.

The Elite werewolf is quite tanky, and it might take you a while to defeat her.

After you finally kill Una, you must speak with Artair, who says to meet him back at Wraithstead, where he can check on the other farmers.

When you get to the spot pinpointed on the map above, you need to talk to Artair yet again.

It seems that killing Una didn’t cure the farmers, but it did contain the spread.

So Artair will remain with the farmers and help them; it’s the least he can do.

Congratulations, friend! You’ve managed to complete Diablo 4 Fangs Bared and the First Among Wolves questline. Like always, you are rewarded for your efforts, this time with the following: XP, Gold, Renown points, and Una’s Lament Rare Ring. But there are plenty more Scosglen side-quests for you to finish, like Of Pests and Pestilence.
