How To Unlock The Broken Memory Quest
To unlock The Broken Memory quest, complete The Compressed Garbage Incident quest by removing the garbage cubes around WALL-E’s Garden and bringing the strange machine you found to WALL-E.
Then, reach Friendship Level 6 with WALL-E and unlock the Forest of Valor Biome by paying a 3000 Dreamlight fee to Merlin. Forest of Valor can be found to the east of Chez Remy.
Now, to unlock the Hidden Requirement (???), remove the Night Thorns around the Village until you get a weird Memory about WALL-E.
After you collect the Strange Memory, go see WALL-E and learn more about it. You won’t be able to guess what that machine is in the Memory; instead, you choose to follow him.
Enter WALL-E’s house and look for Electronic Components. You will find a circuit board on the right side in front of the shelf.
Pick up the Electronic Component and give it to him. He will show you the same machine you found in the garbage during The Compressed Garbage Incident quest.
So, you decide to fix it, and WALL-E wants to help and puts you on the trail to find Electronic Components in his Realm.
Follow WALL-E and talk to him in from of the Dream Castle, then travel to his Realm.
Equip your shovel and start digging all the dirt piles until you find the Electronic Component. You can also remove all the garbage piles to gather materials for future craftings.
Return to the Village and give him the Electronic Component you found in his Realm.
How To Craft Tinkering Parts In The Broken Memory Quest
One last thing to fix the F02937 M3 N07 is Tinkering Parts (x12), which can be crafted at the Crafting Station under the Refined Material tab.
Even though you already found a couple of Tinkering Parts in WALL-E’s Realm, you will still have to craft 12 pieces.
So, to craft Tinkering Parts (x12), you must acquire Iron Ingot (x8).
Iron Ingot is also a craftable material that can be made under the Refined Material tab at the Crafting Station. So, to craft Iron Ingot (x8), you will need to gather Iron Ore (x40) and Coal Ore (x8).
To gather Iron Ore, mine the black Rock Spots around the edges of the Forest of Valor.
A Rock Spot can be found near the Pillar of Courage and Kristoff, two on either side of the frozen stairs.
Also, bring a villager with the Mining role to speed up the process by gaining a chance to receive an additional piece of Iron ore.
Once you’ve gathered Iron Ore (x40) and Coal Ore (x8), go to a Crafting Station, select the Refined Material tab, and craft Iron Ingot (x8). Then, craft the Tinkering Parts (x12) on the same page.
After you craft the Tinkering Parts (x12), the F02937 M3 N07 will appear on the same page, ready to be repaired.
Repair the F02937 M3 N07 and bring it back to WALL-E. You guess it is a device that finds Memories, which will finish The Broken Memory quest.
