Disney Dreamlight Valley A Feast Worthy Of A Demigod: How To Cook 3-Star Rating Meals

You’ve probably unlocked Moana as a villager in Disney Dreamlight Valley by now, but you might have left someone behind.

After you’ve brought Moana into your village at the end of the How Far You’ll Go quest, you can return to Maui and listen to him rant about how Moana abandoned him.

Maui, alone on the island, will challenge you to prepare some food to show him that the village can provide delicious food for the Demigod, and in return, he will join your village.

So, in the following guide, we will show you how to complete the A Feast Worthy Of A Demigod quest and bring Maui to your village.

How To Complete Disney Dreamlight Valley A Feast Worthy Of A Demigod Quest

All of the steps for completing each part of the A Feast Worthy Of A Demigod quest in Disney Dreamlight Valley are as follows:

• Talk to Maui
• Prepare Maui meals with at least a 3-star rating (x3)
• Bring Maui all the meals
• Unlock the Dazzle Beach Biome in the Village
• Place the Peaceful Grotto in the water
• Make sure Maui has everything he needs. Use the Scrooge McDuck sign to pay for the construction of the Peaceful Grotto for Maui to live in
• Everything is ready for Maui. Welcome him to the village
• Maui is in the Village. See what he thinks of Dreamlight Valley

To initiate the quest, return to Moana’s Realm and talk to Maui. At the start of the conversation, he shows his disappointment because Moana left him alone on the island, prompting you to comfort him and convince him to join her in your dream village.

After brief contemplation, he decides that he wants to join your village but not before you cook him some food good enough for his high standards.

So, your first task will be to prepare Maui three meals with at least a 3-star rating.

How To Cook 3-Star Rating Meals In A Feast Worthy Of A Demigod Quest

It makes no difference what dish you prepare. You can cook three different 3-star rating meals or prepare the same meal three times. It doesn’t really matter.

Also, you can cook a 4-star or even a 5-star meal if you want to impress the Demigod with your cooking skills, but it’s not worth the trouble.

So, since you are not limited to cooking a specific meal, below are a few examples of 3-star dishes you can make in a couple of minutes with common ingredients:

• Hearty Salad: Any Vegetable, Any Vegetable, Lettuce
• Grilled Veggie Platter: Any Vegetable, Any Vegetable, Any Vegetable
• Pan-Seared Bass & Vegetables: Bass, Any Vegetable, Any Vegetable

In my case, I chose to prepare the Hearty Salad (x3) using the Lettuce ingredient three times. So, to prepare the Hearty Salad (x3) meal, you will need Lettuce (x9) and three pieces of coal.

If you don’t know where to find Lettuce, go to Goofy’s stall in Peaceful Meadow and buy Lettuce Seeds (x9). Use your shovel to dig nine holes wherever you want and plant the Lettuce seeds.

Water the plants and wait 3 minutes for them to grow. Once they are grown, harvest the Lettuce and find a stove to start cooking the Hearty Salad.

Once you cook the 3-star rating meals, return to Maui in Moana’s Realm and hand him dishes. He will be impressed with your cooking skills and ask you about the village Moana moved into.

After you ask Maui for help against the Forgetting Curse, he will agree to move into your village, but only on Dazzle Beach.

How To Unlock Dazzle Beach

To unlock Dazzle Beach, you must complete the main story quest Friendship is Everything, where you must place the Orb of Friendship inside the Pillar of Friendship in Peaceful Meadow.

Once you have done that, go south of Peaceful Meadow and remove the Night Thorns with Merlin’s help for a fee of 1000 Dreamlight (Check the map if you don’t know where Dazzle Beach is located).

Now, open your inventory menu, select the Furniture tab, go to Maui and select the Peaceful Grotto to place it in the water of Dazzle Beach.

Go to the construction site and interact with the Scrooge McDuck blue sign to pay the 5000 Star Coins fee to complete the house.

Once the house is finished, Maui will arrive in the village. Talk to him about the Dreamlight Valley to complete the A Feast Worthy Of A Demigod Quest.

After you reach Friendship level 2 with Maui, you can start the next quest in line, Burying The Eel.
