Gotham Knights Lower Gotham Batarang Retrieval Locations Guide

Batarang Retrieval: Lower Gotham is a challenge for which you must find 12 hidden Batarangs spread across the Southside and The Cauldron districts in the action video game developed by WB Games Montréal.

To unlock the Gotham Knights Batarang Retrieval: Lower Gotham challenge, you will have to complete the first main mission, known as Gotham Knights Case 01: Batman’s Last Case, which is not that far into the game’s main story.

Southside Batarang Locations Map

Let’s begin the Gotham Knights Batarang Retrieval: Lower Gotham Challenge by finding the first eight Batarangs scattered across the Southside district. Their exact locations can be found on the following map.

If you have difficulties finding one of the Southside Batarangs marked on our map, follow the hints below.

Batarang #1: On a Wooden Beam at the Pier

The first Gotham Knights Batarang in Southside can is in the eastern part of the district. Between Ocran Chemicals and Gotham Bay Bridge, you will find a small pier. The Southside Batarang is on the top of a wooden crane by the water.

Batarang #2: Inside a Container

Head south from the previous Batarang until you are under the Gotham Bay Bridge. Climb the containers at this location to spot the second Batarang in the Southside district. As you can see, it’s inside one of the containers.

Batarang #3: On a Shipping Crane

Now, head southeast to the docks until you see three large shipping cranes. The third Gotham Knights Batarang can be found in the back of the easternmost shipping crane.

Batarang #4: On Top of Waynetech Building

Go west from the previous Batarang until you reach the WayneTech building. The fourth Southside Batarang in Gotham Knights is located on the lower roof in front of the WayneTech glowing sign.

Batarang #5: Inside an Industrial Tower

The next Batarang in Southside can be found midway up the industrial tower to the southeast of the Cobblepot Steel building on Lyntown Avenue. Check the map above to determine the exact location of Batarang.

Also, near the Batarang, there’s a Secret Cache activity that you can complete to receive XP, heroic gear, and one of Bruce’s Audio Log Entries.

Batarang #6: On Top of S.T.A.R. Labs Building

The sixth Southside Batarang in Gotham Knights can be found on the southwestern side of the district. Reach the S.T.A.R. Labs building and use your grappling hook to get to the rooftop. You will find the Batarang on the small metal crane.

Batarang #7: On Top of Cobblepot Steel Tower

The following Batarang is found in the center of the district, on top of the Cobblepot Steel building. You will find the Batarang on one of the gargoyles at the top of the building.

Batarang #8: On the Roof of a Train Depot

The final Southside Batarang can be found in the northwest part of the district, near the border with The Cauldron district. The collectible is on the roof of the unnamed train depot. To collect it, climb the roof above the Batarang and then drop onto it.

The last part of the Gotham Knights Batarang Retrieval: Lower Gotham challenge is to collect the remaining four hidden collectibles in The Cauldron district.

Batarang #1: On Top of a Building’s Sign

The first Cauldron Batarang in Gotham Knights can be found in the southwest part of the district, on top of a building with the white glowing STAGG sign on the roof. You will find the Batarang on the edge of the building’s sign.

Batarang #2: On Top of a Water Tower

The next Cauldron Batarang is in the northwest corner of the district, on top of a water tower. To collect the Batarang, use the grappling hook on the water tower roof above the collectible.

Batarang #3: Under the Gate Street Bridge

The next collectible is one of the trickiest to find due to being so well hidden. To find the third Cauldron Batarang, go underneath the bridge of Gate Street on Saint Avenue. Reach the shop’s rooftop with the red glowing sign that says Big Belly to collect it.

Batarang #4: On Top of an Abandoned Building

The final Cauldron collectible can be found on the district’s east side, on the roof of an abandoned building. You can easily find it by looking under the raised train tracks above the building.
