Now, as you can see on the map above, the West Brooks Bear Champ balloon is found on the south side of the district, somewhere by the river.

So head there, and when you get close to the location in question, you should see a green fence surrounding an area.

Find a way around the fence, or just go through it because it’s breakable, and you’ll see a lot of wooden boards (piles of them).

Guess who is waiting for you in the middle of the boards? Your friend, the NFS Unbound Bear Champ.

All you have to do now is burst the West Brooks Bear Champ balloon by running it over with your car.

Doing so will immediately get you the $250.
