Warded Sailor’s Vessel is one of the hidden Scosglen quests in Diablo 4, in which you’ll have to collect a randomly dropped quest item and fill it with the death anima of your enemies.

The Warded Sailor’s Vessel quest is similar to the Exorcist’s Cache side quest we’ve completed in the Fractured Peaks region, as both require collecting an item and harvesting death anima to fill.

The tricky part of these quest types is figuring out who drops the quest item and where.

As such, in the following Diablo IV guide, we will provide you with all the information you need to unlock the Warded Sailor’s Vessel side quest and complete it.

How To Start the Warded Sailor’s Vessel Quest in Diablo 4

In order to start the Warded Sailor’s Vessel side quest, you must find and collect the quest item with the same name.

You can find the Warded Sailor’s Vessel quest item by interacting with the searchable corpses around The Cursed Scarps and Linnead areas in the Northshore subregion.

Before searching for the quest item, it is recommended to finish A Briny Fate and Stemming the Tide side quests in Maroween, as well as A Sodden Pact questline from Roina.

How to Harvest Anima From Drowned in Diablo IV

After picking up the quest item, your next objective is to harvest death anima from Drowned enemies.

Travel to the blue circle marked area, slay Drowned enemies on The Cursed Scarps of Scosglen, and pick up their death anima to fill up the vessel.

If you are tracking the side quest, you can check your progress on the right side of the screen under the minimap.

After filling the vessel, the quest will be automatically completed, and you will be rewarded with the Sailor’s Vessel Cache, XP, and Gold, as well as 20 Renown Points for the Scosglen region.

If you are trying to achieve a 100% completion rate of the region, we’ve covered every Scosglen side quest location in Diablo 4. Also, you can check our Wiki Hub Page if you are looking to complete other regions as well.
