Disney Dreamlight Valley The Missing Prince is Ariel’s first quest after you bring her to the Village, in which you will help her look for Prince Eric.
But, during The Missing Prince quest, most of the Villagers do not remember anything about Prince Eric or where he might be, except Kristoff.
With Kristoff’s help and guidance, you will find Eric’s Statue Face near Skull Rock on Dazzle Beach, putting you on the track to collect all the pieces of Prince Eric’s Statue.
So, following our guide, you will learn how to find all the statue pieces and complete The Missing Prince quest in Disney Dreamlight Valley.
How To Unlock The Missing Prince Quest In Disney Dreamlight Valley
To unlock The Missing Prince quest, first, you must complete The Mysterious Wreck quest and bring Ariel to your Village.
Secondly, you will need to unlock the following characters: Kristoff, Maui, and Donald Duck. Kristoff and Donald Duck can both be unlocked by completing the Lost In The Dark Grove story quest given by Kristoff in Forest of Valor.

To unlock Maui, you will have to open and travel to Moana’s Realm and bring Moana first to your Village by completing a series of three quests: After The Storm, The Great Maui, and How Far You’ll Go.
Then, you can return to Moana’s Realm and bring Maui to your Village as well by completing A Feast Worthy Of A Demigod quest.
Lastly, you will need to reach Friendship Level 3 with Ariel and unlock the Glade of Trust biome for a 5000 Dreamlight fee (which will also unlock The Curse story quest).
Since Ariel is a water-based character, she can’t have one of the five available roles in the video game developed by Gameloft. So, the only way to level her up is to have the daily conversation and gift her favorite things of the day each day.
How To Complete The Missing Prince Quest
Once you’ve met all the requirements to unlock The Missing Prince, talk to Ariel to begin the quest. She will tell you that she can’t find Prince Eric anywhere, and nobody remembers him.
So, she asks you to see if Merlin, Maui, or Kristoff know something about Eric’s whereabouts.
Merlin and Maui can’t remember anything about Prince Eric, so you can go directly to Kristoff and talk to him.

He remembers Eric and his expeditions, but not entirely, then he sends you to his House to look for the Expedition Records.
Kristoff’s House is a building covered with ice in the eastern part of the Forest of Valor. Enter his home, and look on the table in the library area for an orange book.

Return to Kristoff with the Expedition Records to tell you more about where Prince Eric might be.
You’ll find that Prince Eric’s ship sunk near Skull Rock on Dazzle Beach, so go there to search for clues.
To the right of Skull Rock on Dazzle Beach, cast the line in the orange bubbling fishing spot and pull out the Statue Face.

With the Statue Face in your inventory, return to Ariel and show her what you’ve found.
She will tell you that this is a piece of Eric’s Statue, and maybe if you find the rest of them and put them back together. Then, if the Villagers saw the entire Eric’s Statue, that might bring back their memories of him.
So, you decide to bring Kristoff the piece of Eric’s Statue and ask him where you can find more pieces.
All Statue Pieces In The Missing Prince Quest
Once Kristoff sees the Statue Face, he remembers what happened with his ship after the wreck and where all the Statue Pieces might be.
He tells you that a Statue Piece can be found inside Kristoff’s House, in the library area, on top of a pile of books (near the table where we found the Expedition Records).

After you collect the Statue Piece, find and ask Donald Duck about the rest of the Statue Pieces.
Donald will tell you that he kept the last two pieces but gave one to Uncle Scrooge McDuck, and the other he buried near the water in the Glade of Trust to protect it from the Forgetting.
To find the Statue Piece in Glade of Trust, go to the southern part of the biome, near the stone bridge and the waterfall.
You will see the tip of the Statue Piece coming out of the ground. Equip your shovel and dig up the Statue Piece to add it to your inventory.

For the final Statue Piece, talk to Scrooge McDuck. He will agree to give you the last Statue Piece in exchange for 5 Peridots.
Peridots can only be found by mining the Rock Spots around Peaceful Meadow and Dazzle Beach. It has to be Peridots (light green mineral), not Shiny Peridots (the larger and more valuable version).
To speed up the process, hang out with a Villager with the Mining Role and start gathering the Peridots.
Once you have gathered 5 Peridots, give them to Scrooge McDuck, and he will hand you over the last Statue Piece.

Find Ariel and tell her that you’ve gathered all the pieces of Eric’s Statue. She will be thrilled to hear it and asks you to fix the broken Statue using the Superglue she had from Goofy and place it near the base of the big staircase on Dazzle Beach.
How To Fix Prince Eric Statue In The Missing Prince Quest
Go to a Crafting Station, select the Furniture tab, and craft the Prince Eric Statue.

Now, go to Dazzle Beach near the base of the big staircase, open your inventory, select the Furniture tab, select Ariel, and place the Prince Eric Statue anywhere around the stairs.

Once you exit the Furniture menu, a purple Memory with Prince Eric and Ursula will spawn at your feet.
Pick it up and find Ariel to tell her about the Memory, which will finish The Missing Prince quest, and unlock the next quest in line named Thingamabobs, Gadgets, and Gizmos.
