Prince of Persia: The Lost Crown is an immersive Metroidvania game that offers players a thrilling adventure filled with challenging puzzles and hidden treasures. Among the many secrets that await you is the Pit of Eternal Sands Hidden Chest puzzle.
To reach the hidden chest in the Pit of Eternal Sands, you must progress in the storyline until you start The Darkest of Souls quest. During this quest, your goal is to destroy a couple of giant seals scattered throughout the area.
Once you break the seals, you’ll come across an area with a Wak-Wak Tree and the Homa Statue – Sentinel’s Road. Just follow the path southwest of the Homa Statue to reach the hidden chest. It will lead you to a big room with two imposing statues and a platform in the middle.
How To Solve the Pit of Eternal Sands Statues Puzzle in The Lost Crown
To solve the statues puzzle in the Pit of Eternal Sands, pay attention to the statues in the room. These statues depict an enemy commonly found in the Upper City. Travel to the Night Temple fast-travel point in the Upper City and use the “Dimensional Claw” ability to catch one of these enemies.
Once you’ve captured one, make your way back to the main puzzle room. It’s time for the big moment. Throw that captured enemy right between those statues and watch the trap pillars come crashing down on him.
Once the enemy is smashed, the hidden chest will magically appear on the square pedestal beneath the platform. Open that chest and claim your well-deserved prize – a Soma Tree Petal. This valuable item will help you increase your maximum health.
