If you are trying to complete all the Fractured Peaks side quests in Diablo 4, you may find yourself missing a couple or, even worse, stuck at 33 out of 35 completed.

To begin most of the side quests, you must interact with an NPC marked by a blue exclamation mark on the map and speak with them.

But there are a few hidden side quests that can be started by obtaining a quest item that has a chance of dropping in specific locations from enemies, chests, plants, etc.

You may have spent a couple of hours searching for random drops, but unfortunately, without any success. Don’t worry; we are here to help!

Without further ado, let’s see all the hidden Fractured Peaks side quests and how to unlock them in the action role-playing game developed and published by Blizzard Entertainment.
