Kena Bridge Of Spirits Forgotten Forest Cursed Chests are a lot easier than any other collectibles you’ll need to find in the third area of the video game developed by Ember Lab. They also feature two combat challenges that are very accessible even if you unlock only several abilities of Kena. One of the challenges is focused on ranged combat, while the other one is on melee combat.
So below, we’ll discuss the Kena Bridge of Spirits Forgotten Forest Cursed Chest collectibles, where to find them, how to complete the challenges, and obviously, what’s inside each chest. Remember that in Forgotten Forest, along with the Cursed Chests, you’ll also need to find other collectibles:
- 6 Rot Hats
- 14 Rot
- 2 Spirit Mails
- 3 Flower Shrines
Cursed Chest #1
The first Forgotten Forest Cursed Chest is relatively easy to find, and the challenge you’ll need to complete is also quite accessible. This chest is located west of the Water Shrine, as you can see on my map. Close to the location where the chest is found is a large plate on which Kena must step. Then, activate Kena’s Pulse to raise three round platforms in the water.
Jump on the first one, then while on the second (left side), turn left to see a brazier (second picture). Shoot the crystal on the brazier, and the second platform will go up. Once it does, jump to reach the upper section where the Cursed Chest is waiting.
Once you open it, you’ll trigger a small challenge, and your goal is to kill all enemies before the time runs out. There are six wasps that will spawn, and Kena’s charged arrows are your best option here. Don’t forget to open the chest once you kill all enemies to get the crystals inside.
Cursed Chest #2
The second Forgotten Forest Cursed Chest in Kena Bridge Of Spirits is also extremely easy to spot, just northeast of Sacred Tree Fast-Travel Point. You can see its location on my map below, and it’s in front of a tree.
You don’t need to do anything to reach it, but when you open it, you’ll need to defeat five enemies that spawn nearby obviously, before the time runs out. To complete the challenge, consider using the Rot Hammer if you unlocked it, and keep in mind that some of the enemies also spawn behind the tree. Inside this specific chest, you’ll find one of the 6 Forgotten Forest Rot Hats.
