Grasslands Guides:

Updated March 6, 2024

On the northeastern coast of Grasslands, the first region Cloud gets to explore in Final Fantasy VII Rebirth, you’ll get the chance to discover the Divine Intel 1, also known as Titan Sanctuary α. It is the first Grasslands Divine Intel in FFVII, and it requires you to finish another minigame very similar to Cragshade Lifespring Expedition Intel 1.

Let’s see what you must do to get more data for Chadley and how to complete this new side activity.

Where To Find the FFVII Rebirth Divine Intel 1 in Grasslands

As you probably noticed by now, the Grassland Region in Final Fantasy 7 Rebirth is quite large, but once you catch the Chocobo named Piko, you can cover more terrain faster. To find the first Grasslands Divine Intel, head northeast towards the coast.

FFVII Rebirth Grasslands Divine Intel 1 is found on the northeastern coast.

You can see the location marked on the map above, and you can notice that this activity is found northeast of Jadewind Hill Cache Location and Prairie Moogle Mogstool. Further to the north, you can see the Wild Bandit Chase Phenomenon Intel 1.

Analyzing the Final Fantasy 7 Rebirth Titan Sanctuary α Crystal

After you get to the location I have marked above, you’ll get a call from Chadley explaining what you have to do. The idea behind this minigame or side-activity in FFVII Rebirth is pretty simple. Find the hidden sanctuary and analyze the crystal.

However, this minigame also involves a small chase you have to complete. As such, after talking to Chadley, you should see some unusual stones near the road. They are square, and they glow like the one in my screenshot.

Hit the square rocks then follow the spark.

Hit the largest stone (marked above), then get ready to follow the spark that spawns. Basically, to find the Titan Sanctuary α, you must follow the spark. You’ll notice that it follows a specific route down the hill. Keep following it, and as you descend, take a right turn.

If you remain on the narrow path, you’ll eventually spot a rather large cave. Get inside, and you’ll discover the Grasslands Titan Sanctuary α.

Now, approach the pile of blocks and interact with them by pressing the Triangle button. You’ll receive another call from Chadley, who explains how to analyze summon crystals. The idea here is also pretty simple. Your objective is to memorize the pattern of the memory matrix that appears on your screen.

The memory matrix consists of several points (4 in this case), and you must remember their places. You can see the Titan memory matrix below.

Press the four buttons from the memory matrix when the moving line points to their locations.

After you analyze the memory matrix, the points (buttons) will disappear, so hit commence and notice the line that moves clockwise. Hit the X button on your controller when the line is close to the locations of the spots you saw earlier.

Or, simply put, hit the X button four times when the moving line gets to the four spots in my screenshot. If done correctly, you’ll complete the minigame, and the Titan Sanctuary α Divine Intel is relayed to Chadley.
