The Dragon Ball Z Kakarot Carrots are common cooking materials and ingredients you’ll need for various tasks. Sometimes, you’ll also need them to complete specific sub-stories or side-quests when exploring the world in the video game developed by CyberConnect2 for PC, PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and Nintendo Switch.

Granted, there aren’t many NPCs asking for them yet, but these ingredients are important if you aim to complete all activities and eventually get all trophies and achievements. So, where do you find carrots in Dragon Ball Z Kakarot?

When you start the game, this will be one of the questions you’ll need an answer to. Later in the game, you’ll get these materials simply by flying around close to various fields near farms. Since I had trouble with this type of ingredient early in the game, I have decided to put up a small guide and share with you the best locations to find carrots in DBZ Kakarot. And there are two of them early in the game; hence, throughout this guide, we’ll talk about two locations that serve the same purpose and answer the same question.

Where To Find Carrots in DBZ Kakarot

The first location you’ll want to visit is the farm north of Olive Village, as you can see on the map below. You’ll want to fly north from the small settlement, then check the fields nearby for the yellow-glowing orbs.

To make these orbs (or the carrots) respawn, you have to fast-travel to another area or fly away, then return. And you can do this as much as you want.

Where To Buy Carrots in West City

The second location you want to visit is easier to find because it’s the vendor in West City. Obviously, you don’t need to look for carrots since they are sold, thus easier to get. But this will cost you some money.

For, let’s say, 10 Dragon Ball Z Kakarot Carrots, you’ll need to pay around 1000 Zeni since one carrot costs 95 Zeni. In the picture below, you can see the merchant selling them, although it’s impossible to miss. This guy has an unlimited amount to sell, just like all vendors.

What you need to remember is that these locations are recommended if you need carrots early in the game. Later, this ingredient won’t be a problem. Clearly, if you have better locations to get this type of Dragon Ball Z Kakarot cooking ingredient, share them with me in the comments below, and I’ll add them to this guide. Last but not least, if you have just started your adventure, visit our DBZ Kakarot Wiki Hub here for guides on all the rare materials and ingredients in the game. You’ll need them for sure.
