Ghost of Tsushima Hot Springs are collectibles and hidden locations that must be discovered while exploring the Island of Tsushima in the video game developed by Sucker Punch. The Springs are very important because they allow you to increase Jin’s health. Once found, Jin becomes more resilient in battles.
Each time you find a Spring in Ghost of Tsushima, you’ll have to use it. Usually, the locations of the Hot Springs can be found through exploration; however, you can find them faster if you use maps. Remember that there are 18 Hot Springs in the video game, and you’ll need to find all of them to unlock the Body, Mind, and Spirit Trophy.
For the said PlayStation 4 trophy, along with these landmarks, you’ll also need to find all Inari Shrines, Haiku, and Bamboo Strikes.
When you find a Hot Spring, place Jin in front of it and press R2 to Rest. You’ll start a short cutscene, and then you’ll be able to meditate (reflect) on different topics. To find these Ghost of Tsushima collectibles, you have several options.
The first one is through exploration, and it requires your attention to the environment. Most of these locations can be revealed by following yellow birds flying around you. If you follow them, they’ll show you the way to the closest Hot Spring. Alternatively, you can use the maps below and visit the marked locations without looking for them. This method is faster.
You can also find them using the Traveler’s Attire by selecting the Wind of Health option from the main map. The Guiding Wind will take you to these hidden Hot Springs. If you wish to see how many collectibles you have found (track your progress), open the game’s menu and press L1/R1 to access the Collections tab.
Next, go to the Exploration sub-tab and look for the Hot Springs window. In the upper left corner, you can see the total amount of hot springs in the game and the number of hot springs you have found.
