Ghost of Tsushima Hot Springs are collectibles and hidden locations that must be discovered while exploring the Island of Tsushima in the latest video game developed by Sucker Punch.

The Ghost of Tsushima Hot Springs are very important because they allow you to increase Jin’s health.

Once found, Jin becomes more resilient in battles.

Each time you find a Hot Spring in Ghost of Tsushima, you’ll have to use it.

Usually, the locations of the Hot Springs can be found through exploration; however, you will be able to find them faster if you use maps.

Throughout the following Ghost of Tsushima Hot Springs locations guide, I will share with you the positions of all Hot Springs in the video game.

The guide includes detailed maps that will point you in the right direction while looking for these Ghost of Tsushima collectibles. 

Keep in mind that there are 18 Hot Springs in the video game, and you’ll need to find all of them in order to unlock the Body, Mind, and Spirit Trophy.

For the said PlayStation 4 trophy, along with these landmarks, you’ll also need to find all Inari Shrines, Haiku, and Bamboo Strikes.

What Is A Hot Spring In Ghost Of Tsushima?

A Hot Spring is a hidden location and a landmark you’ll need to find while exploring the world. 

It counts as a collectible, and it is, in fact, a small pond filled with hot water.

How Many Hot Springs Are In The Game?

Ghost of Tsushima features 18 hidden Hot Springs.

What Do You Do At Hot Springs In Ghost Of Tsushima?

When you find a Hot Spring, place Jin in front of it and press R2 to Rest.

You’ll start a short cutscene, and then you’ll be able to meditate (reflect) on different subjects.

Does Reflecting On Specific Subjects Change The Game’s Story?

No. What you decide to reflect on will not affect your gaming experience, meaning that you can pick whatever you like.

How To Find All Hot Springs In The Game?

To find these Ghost of Tsushima collectibles, you have several options.

The first one is through exploration, and it requires your attention to the environment.

Most of these locations can be revealed by following yellow birds that will fly around you. If you follow them, they’ll show you the way to the closest Hot Spring.

Alternatively, you can use the maps below and visit the marked locations without looking for them. This method is faster.

You can also find them using the Traveler’s Attire, then by selecting the Wind of Health option from the main map.

The Guiding Wind will take you to these hidden Hot Springs.

Where Is The Missing Hot Spring In Ghost Of Tsushima?

In Hiyoshi Springs Village. This Hot Spring doesn’t appear on your map, and it is hidden. 

You can find it included in the guide below, and it requires you to talk to a specific NPC in Hiyoshi Springs.

What Do You Get For Completing All Hot Springs?

Besides improving Jin’s health and unlocking the corresponding trophy, you’ll also unlock the Fundoshi armor set.

How To Check How Many Hot Springs You Have Left?

If you wish to see how many collectibles you have found (track your progress), open the game’s menu and press L1/R1 to access the Collections tab.

Next, go to the Exploration sub-tab and look for the Hot Springs window.

In the upper left corner, you can see the total amount of hot springs in the game and the number of hot springs you have found.

All Izuhara Hot Springs Locations & Maps

Izuhara features 9 Hot Springs you need to find. Here are their locations.

1. Seaside Hot Spring

Found southeast of Umugi Cove.

2. Quiet Basin Hot Spring

Found northwest of Stone Arch Crossing.

3. Rising Trees Hot Spring

Found northeast of Stone Arch Crossing.

4. Mountain View Hot Spring

Located just south of Golden Temple.

5. Golden Leaf Hot Spring

Look for it just east of Golden Temple.

6. Carved Mountain Hot Spring

Look for it just north of Komatsu Forge.

7. Castle Lookout Hot Spring

Found east of Fort Nakayama.

8. Firefly Hill Hot Spring

Found north of Kechi Fishing Village.

9. Hiyoshi Springs Hot Spring

This Hot Spring doesn’t appear on your map, and it is hidden. To get it, you will have to travel to Hiyoshi Springs.

Once you get there, look for an NPC woman standing on top of some stairs in the central area near some springs.

Talk to her, and she will show you the next Hot Spring, which is just below her.

Follow the NPC; then she will tell you that you can use the Hot Spring if you like.

All Toyotama Hot Springs Locations & Maps

The next 6 Hot Springs are in Toyotama. 

Here is where to find all of them.

10. Maple Shade Hot Spring

Look for this one southeast of Riverside Farm.

11. Bamboo Forest Hot Spring

Located north of Kushi Temple, close to a Pillar of Honor.

12. Morning Glory Hot Spring

Found northeast of Yarikawa Stronghold.

13. Yoshinaka Hot Spring

Found southeast of Forest’s Edge Camp.

14. Mossy Rest Hot Spring

South of Moss Light Inn and southeast of Umugi Cove.

15. Marsh Tide Hot Spring

Just east of Akashima Village.

All Kamiagata Hot Springs Locations & Maps

The last 3 Hot Springs require your presence in Kamiagata.

Here are their locations in the game.

16. Morimae Hot Spring

East of Morimae Brewery.

17. White Mist Hot Spring

East of Kubara Crossing.

18. Jito’s Foothills Hot Spring

Found southeast of White Falls Village.
