Saints Row Reboot Old Town West Discoveries Guide

When it comes to finding all Old Town West Discoveries featured in Saints Row 2022, things get a bit easier because the Idols Territory includes only 8 points of interest you have to investigate. The Saints Row Reboot Old Town West Discoveries, as you probably know by now, count towards achieving 100% completion of the small area north of West Providencia.

They are relatively easy to find, assuming you fully explore every street in Old Town West, and they’ll provide more XP and cash. The complete list of Old Town West Discoveries we’ll explain throughout the following guide includes:

• 2 Photo Hunts
• 1 Dumpster Diving
• 2 Hidden Stories

As usual, let’s start with the map showing the exact locations for the 8 Old Town West Discoveries in the latest video game developed by Deep Silver Volition.

As you can notice, 6 of them are found in the central area, so following the same order as the one on the map above, here is what you need to do when you find them.

Where To Find All Old Town West Drug Pallet Pickups

The first type of Discovery we’ll cover is the Drug Pallet Pickups because they are the most accessible.

Discoveries #1-3 (Drug Pallets): On Top Of A Liquor Store

The Old Town West Drug Pallet Pickups are found on top of a Liquor Store at the location marked above. Upon finding the store, head behind the building, jump on the dumpster, and climb on the lower roof.

Pick up the first Pallet (left side arrow below), then cross the roof and climb on the ventilation system. From here, climb on the store’s roof and retrieve the last 2 Drug Pallets.

How To Complete All Old Town West Photo Hunts

Once you find the 3 Drug Pallets above, focus on the 2 Photo Hunts in the Old Town West area.

Discovery #4 (Photo Hunt): In Front Of The City Hall

For the first Photo Hunt, you need to photograph the Seal of the City of Santo Ileso. The Seal is across the street from the Liquor Store, where you find the Drug Pallets. If you look around, you’ll see the City Hall. While standing in front of it, on the ground, you’ll notice a large seal depicting an eagle. Use your phone’s camera to take a picture.

Discovery #5 (Photo Hunt): At a Crossroads

The second Photo Hunt is quite hilarious because it requires you to photograph a mad cow. It’s located on the southern side of Old Town West, as you can observe on the map above; however, when you reach the spot I have marked, don’t look for a living cow. Instead, look for The Mad Cow bar and take a picture of the cow head on the roof.

How To Complete the Old Town West Hidden Stories

In Old Town West, you also need to complete 2 Hidden Stories if you wish to fill the Discoveries Bar.

Discovery #6 (Hidden Story): Meeker Square

The first Hidden Story is Meeker Square, and you’ll find it at the location marked above. First, check the large obelisk and find the welcome sign next to it. Interact with the welcome sign (marked below), then head northwest and check the second sign across the street (also marked below.

Now, keep moving northeast around the square, and check the third sign in front of The Saucy Swine BBQ van and then the next one in the small plaza across the street from Liechtenauers store.

Finally, look for the last Meeker Square sign near the toilets outside the plaza. Interact with it, then return to the welcome sign close to the obelisk and complete the first Hidden Story.

Discovery #7 (Hidden Story): Fort Cullen

The second Old Town West Hidden Story allows you to learn more about Fort Cullen, and again, you need to find five narrative plates and interact with them. Start with the welcome sign that’s on the southern side of the search area. Next, interact with the two signs near the canons within the fort.

The last two signs are also inside the search area. One is on the right side of the wooden stairs that allow you to get on the fort’s wall, while the fifth is on the northeastern side (across the alley from the fourth). You can see all of them in the following screenshot.

How To Complete Old Town West Dumpster Diving

The last Old Town West Discovery (8th on the map above) is the Dumpster Diving, which requires you to find a hidden glowing dumpster. Travel to the location I have marked for you, and you’ll eventually find a large building. Go behind it to spot a parking lot and, near the building’s wall, the dumpster. Inspect it, and you’ll find a valuable antique.
