Rojas Desert North Discoveries Map
For our guide to be as helpful as possible, let’s start with the map that pinpoints every Rojas Desert North Discovery in the new Saints Row game.
Since these activities don’t have any special requirements, you can start hunting them the moment you finish the first mission in the game or whenever you wish to spend some time in the desert.
Where to Find All Rojas Desert North Drug Pallet Pickups
Because a large number of Discoveries are Drug Pallet Pickups, let’s start our guide with them. Following the same order as the one on the map, here is how to get every Drug Pallet.
Discoveries #1-3 (Drug Pallets): Next to a Wooden Bridge
The first batch of Rojas Desert North Drug Pallets is south of the train tracks, at the location marked above(northwestern corner of the area).
When you get to the spot I have marked, you’ll find a small wooden bridge built over a ravine. The first Pallet is south of the said bridge, while the next two are north in the same ravine, within the bushes.
Discoveries #4-6 (Drug Pallets): Along the River
The second batch of Saints Row Drug Pallets in Rojas Desert North is scattered along the northeastern river.
Upon reaching the spot marked on my map, look around to see that one is close to water; the second one (left arrow below) is on a small hill, while the third one is behind a rather large rock in the river.
Discoveries #7-9 (Drug Pallets): On a Small Island
For the next 3 Drug Pallets, you’ll have to get wet, as 2 of them are found on a small island in the lake that’s found in the middle of the territory.
Drive or fly to the location I have marked above and look for two pallets on the island in the lake and the third one across the water, behind a rock. You can see all of them marked below.
Discoveries #10-12 (Drug Pallets): Along the Train Tracks
After you find the previous Pallets, head toward the next location marked on my map (the southwestern corner of the area). Along the train tracks, you should be able to see the last Drug Pallets.
One is on top of a hill, the next one is behind a dead tree, also on a hill, and the third is very close to the yellow train cart. Again, their locations have been marked below.
How to Get All Rojas Desert North Lost Wheels
Now that you have found all Drug Pallet Pickups in Rojas Desert North, it’s time to go after the Lost Wheels and secure some unique car parts.
Discovery #13 (Lost Wheel): On Top of a Hill
The first Rojas Desert North Lost Wheel is relatively easy to find and collect. You can see its location marked on the map above in the northwestern corner.
When you arrive at the location, look for it on top of a hill overseeing the train tracks. Interact with it to unlock the Oversized Heavy-Duty Tires.
Discovery #14 (Lost Wheel): Across the Street From a Gas Station
Several miles southeast of the previous Lost Wheel is the next one marked on the map above. It also sits on top of a hill, across the street from a gas station. Interact with it to obtain the Bike Crutches.
Discovery #15 (Lost Wheel): In the Middle of the Lake
The next Lost Wheel in Rojas Desert North is very close to some Drug Pallets. In fact, it’s on the same island we explored earlier. Look for it on the other side, cross the water, and interact with it to get the Dual Nitrous Injectors.
Discovery #16 (Lost Wheel): In Rio Salinas
Further northeast from the previous location, you can find the next Lost Wheel. It sits on a hill near a pointy rock in Rio Salinas.
Nearby, you should be able to spot the entrance to Rio Salinas and a small river. This Lost Wheel collectible unlocks the Main Mast Naval Car Part.
Discovery #17 (Lost Wheel): On Top of the Sky Canyon
Moving northwest, the next Lost Wheel sits on top of the Sky Canyon Landmark. To get it, follow the path within the canyon and the stairs leading to the top of the mountain. Jump over the iron fence and claim the Ship’s Helm Naval Car Part.
Discovery #18 (Lost Wheel): On the Mountain’s Wall
Launch yourself into the air from the previous Lost Wheel, and use the wingsuit while flying northeast.
Your objective is to land on a mountain wall that is on the other side of the valley; otherwise, you’ll need an aircraft to reach the Lost Wheel pictured below. This Lost Wheel unlocks the Woode Hull Naval Car Part.
Discovery #19 (Lost Wheel): In a Parking Lot
The next Lost Wheel is fairly accessible, and it’s found southeast of the previous one. Simply fly towards it, and you’ll spot it at the edge of a parking lot. It unlocks the Gunpowder Cannons.
Discovery #20 (Lost Wheel): Next to a Tent
Last but not least, you’ll find the final Lost Wheel further southeast. As you can see in my screenshot below, it’s sitting near a tent by the lake. Interact with it to get the Fryer Of The Deep Naval Car Part.
How to Complete the Rojas Desert North Photo Hunts
With all Lost Wheels found, it’s time to deal with the three Rojas Desert North Photo Hunts. Their locations have been marked above as well. Let’s see what you need to capture using your phone’s camera.
Discovery #21 (Photo Hunt): Bison Memorial
Following the order above, the first Photo Hunt in this area requires you to photograph the Bison Memorial. Travel to the spot marked on my map, and you’ll find a small parking lot as well as a statue depicting a bison. Take a photo of it.
Discovery #22 (Photo Hunt): Thunderpump Sign
For the next Saints Row Photo Hunt in Rojas Desert North, you must photograph the Thunderpump Sign.
Start by driving towards the spot marked on the map above, and you’ll find a gas station. The Thunderpump Sign, as you can see below, is by the road and impossible to miss.
Discovery #23 (Photo Hunt): Snake Oil Saloon
Finally, the third Photo Hunt is completed by photographing the Snake Oil Saloon sign. The said sign is by the road leading west to Old Town East. You can see it below, and you only need to capture the large sign using your camera.
Where to Find the Rojas Desert North Weather Stations
The next type of Discoveries we’ll approach as part of our Saints Row Rojas Desert North is represented by the Weather Stations.
Discovery #24 (Weather Station): On Top of a Hill
The first one marked on the map above is extremely easy to locate as it sits on top of a hill. You can spot it from afar because there are no obstacles. To make it count as collected, you only need to get close to it.
Discovery #25 (Weather Station): By the Road
The next Weather Station is also extremely accessible, and you’ll find it by the road, southwest of Kavanagh County Park Service Clothing Store. Again, you don’t have to interact with it as long as you get close enough to discover its location.
Discovery #26 (Weather Station): On a Plateau
Finally, the third Weather Station is out in the opening, on a plateau. Since it is in a solitary area, make sure you drive to the location marked above to make it appear on your map and count as found.
How to Complete the Rojas Desert North Shooting Galleries
The Rojas Desert North Shooting Galleries also count as Discoveries, and in this area, you’ll need to complete two of them. Your goal is to find and destroy a fixed number of targets within a specific search area. Here is how to complete both of them.
Discovery #27 (Shooting Gallery): Bored Clerks
The first Shooting Gallery in the new Saints Row game is named Bored Clerks, and it’s found on the western side of Rojas Desert North. It is a gas station featuring 15 targets you have to shoot.
Start by going to the back of the gas station and climbing on the trailer; then, you can descend and move around. Here is where to find the targets:
- On top of the roof, in the back
- Also, on the roof, near a wooden plank
- On the roof, as opposed to the second target
- On a crate on top of a blue container, close to the roof
- On the side of the green container behind the station’s building
- Near the green container close to a traffic fence
- In the back of the building, behind the round yellow dumpster
- Behind the bottle crates on a dumpster in front of the yellow container
- On top of a dumpster on the side of the yellow container
- On the forklift at the back of the building
- Between two yellow dumpsters, behind the forklift
- In the back of the building, on the side of the blue container
- On the roof, between some chairs
- On the roof behind the air vent
- Between some crates near the trailer with graffiti on it
If you need additional help, feel free to check the screenshots below for all the targets you have to destroy.
Discovery #28 (Shooting Gallery): Twin Coyote
The second Shooting Gallery is in the back of the Twin Coyote Arcade, where you can also find a Clothing Store. Again, you’ll need to find and destroy 15 targets. If you need help, use the list below and the screenshots at the end.
- On a crate under the covered area as you enter the gallery
- Behind the red car on the right side of the yard
- Behind a wall made of sand sacks
- On the fence on the right side of the third target
- Behind a yellow dumpster on the right side as you enter the gallery
- On the left side of the trailer with graffiti that reads Land of Kirk
- On a wooden board on top of the Land of Kirk trailer
- Above the Land of Kirk trailer, on a crate in the back
- Behind a blue container, by an electricity pole
- Between the pile of containers on the left side as you enter the gallery
- In the back of the yard (left side), between two yellow dumpsters
- On the windmill
- Around the corner of the iron fence
- On the wooden pallets in the yard
- Above the toilet
Where to Find the Rojas Desert North Fast Travel Photo
After you finish the Twin Coyote Shooting Gallery, you can also complete the Fast Travel Photo Discovery in Rojas Desert North. You’ll find the Discovery at the 29th location marked on the map above, and all you need to do is photograph the giant statue depicting the mechanical coyotes.
Where to Find the Dumpster Diving in Rojas Desert North
West of the Fast Travel Photo, you can complete another Discovery, which is the Dumpster Diving.
In Rojas Desert North, the golden dumpster is found in a gas station at the 30th location on the map above. Make sure you don’t miss it because inside, you’ll find an SMG.
How to Complete the Rojas Desert North Hidden Stories
The last two Rojas Desert North Discoveries we’ll cover are the Hidden Stories. Both are close to each other, and they are very accessible if you know where to look for the signs.
Discovery #31 (Hidden Story): Sky Canyon
Saints Row 2022 Sky Canyon Hidden Story is the trickiest because of the search area, which is quite big. Approach the location marked above from the west, and you’ll find a parking lot.
Make sure you interact with the sign near the parking lot, where you can also see a monument, then head up the hill and interact with the large welcome sign. Both are pictured below.
From the large welcome sign, head south, descending the hill, to find the third sign in front of a round concrete wall.
Great job! Now, retrace your steps back to the large welcome sign and keep following the path up the mountain. Stick to the road, and eventually, you’ll find the fourth sign on the right side of the path. Interact with it, then descend towards the balcony nearby to spot the last sign.
Upon activating the last Sky Canyon Hidden Story plate, return to the large welcome sign to complete the Discovery.
Discovery #32 (Hidden Story): Sidewinder Creek
The second Hidden Story in Rojas Desert North is more accessible, and it’s known as Sidewinder Creek. You’ll find it across the river from the previous one, at the location marked on our map.
The signs here are also very easy to spot. The large welcome sign is near the center of the search area. Once you activate it, head to the picnic area nearby to find another sign, then the third one on the balcony overseeing the valley below.
For the last two signs, look around for a rather large boulder. One sign is next to it, and the last one is near another picnic area several steps away.
Return to the welcome sign once you find all presentation plates and the second Hidden Story is complete.
