Rojas Desert South is a Saints Row 2022 unclaimed territory located in the southeastern area of Santo Ileso, and it features 20 Discoveries you’ll have to complete.
Since it is one of the first regions you’ll get to explore in the video game developed by Deep Silver Volition, it goes without saying that you’ll want to complete all Discoveries as soon as you get to free roam, mainly because they can help you level up faster.
All Saints Row Rojas Desert South Discoveries we’ll cover in our locations guide below, and the related activities become available the moment you finish the game’s tutorial.
As such, you’ll want to track them down and make sure that you don’t leave the area until the yellow Discoveries bar on your in-game phone shows that you have finished all of them.
As you are about to see, the list of Saints Row Reboot Rojas Desert South Discoveries includes the following:
- 9 Pallet Pickups
- 7 Lost Wheels
- 1 Photo Hunt
- 1 Weather Station
- 1 Shooting Gallery
- 1 Hidden Story
So, without further ado, here is where to find every Rojas Desert South Discovery in the new Saints Row game.
Saints Row 5 Rojas Desert South Discoveries Map
To help you get started with your hunt for all Discoveries in South Rojas Desert, below, you can see the map showing all locations you’ll need to visit.
Rojas Desert South is east of Smelterville East we explored here, and East Providencia we covered in this guide.
Now that you know the locations for all Discoveries, here is how to complete them.
Where To Find All Rojas Desert South Drug Pallet Pickups
The first type of Discoveries we’ll cover is the Drug Pallet Pickups which can be found in three different locations.
Discoveries 1-3 (Drug Pallets): Next To A Bridge
To find the first batch of Rojas Desert South Drug Pallets, drive to the location marked on the map above, and you’ll spot a rather large bridge.
The Drug Pallets are scattered in the area below it. Specifically, one Pallet is under the bridge, the other one is near the stone wall, and the third one is on top of the hill nearby.
You can see all of them in the screenshot below.
Discoveries 4-6 (Drug Pallets): By The Lake
The next batch of Drug Pallet Pickups is found near the southeastern lake, as you can see on the map above.
When you get close, start with the Pallet in front of the large rock (right arrow below), then move to the next under the tree.
From here, head up the hill moving north, and you’ll see the third one in a small ravine between some yellow flowers.
Discoveries 7-9 (Drug Pallets): Near The Large Mill
For the third and final batch of Drug Pallets, head north towards the location marked above, and eventually, you’ll find a large mill.
The first Drug Pallet here is found in the front of the mill, but you’ll have to descend the hill. It sits in a former lake. The second one, also pictured below, it’s on the balcony above. You can get it by jumping from the roof.
For the third Pallet, look at the concrete wall behind the mill.
You can see it below, sitting under a crane.
How To Get All Rojas Desert South Lost Wheels
Now that you have found all Drug Pallets, let’s go after all Rojas Desert South Lost Wheels.
Discovery 10 (Lost Wheel): On Top Of A Mountain
The first Lost Wheel in Rojas Desert South is on top of a cliff near the large mill.
You can see it below, and to get it, you’ll want to use the ramp on top of the mill to launch yourself into the air, then use the wingsuit to land near the Discovery.
Interact with it to get some Dustlander parts.
Note: At this location, you’ll also find a helicopter. Make sure you use it for the remaining Lost Wheels Discoveries.
Discovery 11 (Lost Wheel): North Of The Mill
From the previous location, fly the helicopter north towards the 11th location marked above.
You’ll find the next Rojas Desert South Lost Wheel on top of another mountain. Land slowly and interact with it to get the Yellow Racing Top.
Discovery 12 (Lost Wheel): On A Plateau
After finding the previous Lost Wheel, head south to the next location (12th) marked on the map above.
Eventually, you’ll find a small racing ground for buggies, and the Lost Wheel can be observed close to the mountain, on a plateau.
You can reach it on foot or by landing your helicopter, and it awards you the Heavy Rear Coil Springs.
Discovery 13 (Lost Wheel): By The Lake
The next Lost Wheel marked on the map above is very accessible because it sits on a small hill by the lake.
Simply drive to its location and interact with it to get the Off-Road Tires.
Discovery 14 (Lost Wheel): On A Crane
Southeast of the previous Discovery, you can find another Lost Wheel that’s sitting on top of a crane.
Next to the crane, you’ll see a warehouse you can climb. From the roof, jump to the crane and interact with the Wheel to get the Reinforced Roll Cage.
Discovery 15 (Lost Wheel): Overseeing The Southern River
Close to the southern border of Rojas Desert South is the 15th Discovery or the next Lost Wheel.
It sits in an open area on a hill overseeing the river. Once you interact with it, you’ll unlock the Scuffed-Up Rear Wheel.
Discovery 16 (Lost Wheel): By The Dam
The final Lost Wheel in the Rojas Desert South is also very accessible. You’ll find it at the location marked above, by the dam.
As you can see, the exact location is by the dam’s turbines. This Wheel unlocks the Titanium Roll Cage.
Where To Find The Rojas Desert South Weather Station
Another Saints Row Discovery you have to find in Rojas Desert South is the Weather Station.
As usual, you don’t need to interact with it, but you have to make sure it appears on your map to count as found.
The Weather Station in this region is found southeast of Ringers Store, at the 17th location marked above. It sits near a mountain.
How To Complete The Rojas Desert South Photo Hunt
Upon finding the Weather Station, head north towards the 18th location marked on the locations map above to complete the Photo Hunt.
For this activity, you need to photograph a tombstone angel. The angel is pretty easy to spot inside the solitary cemetery found at the location I have marked for you.
Pull out your phone’s camera and take a picture of it.
How To Complete The Rojas Desert South Hidden Story
The next activity you’ll want to focus on is the Rojas Desert South Hidden Story which revolves around the Route 66 Cranston landmark.
First, head to the 19th location marked on the map above, then interact with the large welcome sign by the road (pictured below).
Now, you’ll want to interact with the second sign in front of the saloon (by the horses), then cross the street and find the third sign at the entrance to the gas station.
For the last two Route 66, Cranston Hidden Story signs move west towards the dinosaurs.
The fourth sign is next to the red dinosaur, and the fifth is across the street in front of the Taco Rus building.
After you find them, return to the large welcome sign to complete the Hidden Story.
How To Complete The Rojas Desert South Shooting Gallery
The last and the trickiest Discovery in Rojas Desert South is the Shooting Gallery at the 20th location marked on the map above.
The Cranston Dam Shooting Gallery requires you to find a total of 15 alien invaders and shoot them.
Starting from the Cranston Dam parking lot entrance, here is where to find the targets:
- On the right side of the entrance behind the gate
- On top of the brown container
- On top of the iron stairs
- On the side of the brown container
- Inside the concrete pipe
- On the left side of a blue container at the back of the reservoir
- On top of a crate on another container
- Between the two blue containers at the back of the reservoir
- Behind the second blue container at the back of the reservoir
- In a hole within the pile of containers
- In front of a yellow container at the back of the reservoir
- Under the brown container visible from the entrance
- On a crane on the left side as you enter the courtyard
- On top of a concrete tube behind the trailer
- On top of the reservoir
Upon finding and shooting all alien invaders’ targets, the Rojas Desert South Shooting Gallery is complete, and you’ll receive all associated rewards.
And that’s it! You have completed all Saints Row Rojas Desert South Discoveries.
