Hollis’ Hot Streak Memory Vault is one of the trickiest Psychonauts 2 collectibles you must find in Hollis’ second part of the brain. Compared to the one in Hollis’ Classroom or those in Loboto’s Labyrinth, the Hollis’ Hot Streak Vault was very well hidden by the funny developers at Double Fine Productions.
The Memory Vault is a small safe that runs around and looks like a pig. It allows you to unlock a specific memory named Breaking Dr. Pots. This collectible is extremely easy to miss, and it’s found only later in this level. So don’t look for it until you get to the point when Raz must win three Gazillion Dollar Coins.
Memory Vault #1 – The Morgue
When you reach the large dice with multiple rooms, you’ll want to go to the Record Room. Open the door, and the moment you enter, you’ll see a long corridor. Head down the said corridor, keeping an eye on the left side. You should be able to spot Hollis’ Hot Streak Memory Vault in the lower section. You can jump the moment you see it, or you can simply follow the hallway, and it will lead you to it.
One important thing worth mentioning is that if you miss this collectible during the first playthrough, when you replay this section, you’ll have to use the little green worm and fast-travel to the Morgue. This section acts as a hub, and it’s the only way to get to the Records Room.
This is the Memory Vault location in Hollis’ Hot Streak level of Psychonauts 2, so make sure you get it when you reach this part of Hollis’ Brain; then you’ll need to find those in Compton’s Cookoff level.
