Immortals Fenyx Rising Clashing Rocks Lyre Myth Challenges Guide

Immortals Fenyx Rising Clashing Rocks Lyres are challenges and side activities available in the first area of the video game developed by Ubisoft. Along with the Observatory Constellation, they count as Clashing Rocks Myth Challenges, and they can be divided into two types: Small Lyres and Big Lyres. The idea behind these challenges is quite easy, but below, I am going to explain how they work.

In each area of the game, you have to find several Small Lyres and play their songs. Immortals Fenyx Rising features 19 Small Lyres and 6 Big Lyres. Once you find all Small Lyres in a region, after you play their songs, you’ll have to reproduce them on the Big Lyre in the same region.

So basically, in Clashing Rocks, you have to find the three Small Lyres listed below, then play and memorize their songs. When you’re done, you’ll have to head to the Big Lyre and play the same songs. Ok, so how do you play a song on the Big Lyre? By shooting arrows into the chords of the musical instrument, of course.

Since the Big Lyre requires songs from the Small Lyres, it is worth mentioning that if you want to move faster with these challenges, you don’t actually have to find all Smally Lyres. You can simply play the songs on the Big Lyre, provided you know the combinations, which I am going to share with you in the following guide.

Clashing Rocks Lyre Locations

Ok, so let’s start with the Lyres locations in Clashing Rocks; then, we will cover these separately. As you can see on my map below, there are 4 Immortals Fenyx Rising Clashing Rocks Lyres.

Three of these Lyres are on the largest island, and they are Small Lyres. The last one is a Big Lyre located on the central island. Now, let’s see how you can complete these Myth Challenges.

Clashing Rocks Road Lyre Song

The first Lyre you need to approach is the easiest one. On my map above is the one by the road on the largest island. As you can see, it’s east of the bridge towards the Observatory. This Lyre is the easiest because it’s sitting in an opening, and you don’t have to complete a puzzle to play it. You can see it in the image below.

Approach it and press the play button, paying close attention to the chords. The combination (melody) for this one is 2,4,1. Where:

• 2 is the second chord from left to right or the blue one
• 4 is the fourth chord or the yellow one
• 1 is the first chord or the green one

Make sure you remember the melody. Now, you should find the next Small Lyre in Clashing Rocks.

Clashing Rocks Temple Lyre Song

The second Small Lyre following the order on my map is the one in the eastern Temple. To play it, you’ll need to find four switches and remove the barrier at the entrance. If you don’t know how to do that, check the Skin Of Revels location guide because, basically, in the same room with the Lyre, you’ll find an Epic Chest.

The guide explains how to get inside the temple. After you get the chest, play the Lyre in the picture below.

The melody for this one is 3, 1, 2, 4, 4. Where:

• 3 is the third chord from left to right or the pink one
• 1 is the first chord or the green one
• 2 is the second chord or the blue one
• 4 is the fourth chord or the yellow one, but you’ll play it two times

Now, let’s get to the last one.

Clashing Rocks Cave Lyre Song

The third and final Clashing Rocks Small Lyre Myth Challenge is the trickiest because you’ll need to lower a forcefield in a cave. The good thing is that there is also a chest to be found inside the same cave.

Now, as you can see on my map, it is located on the northwestern side of the large island, just north of the first Lyre. To get it, you’ll have to find the waterfall that connects the lake with the turtle island and the sea. Drop down the water stream to find a cave just like the one in my screenshot.

Activate the switch in front of the barrier first. Now, turn around and notice the bubbles in the water. Dive and follow the tunnel which leads you to the second switch. Activate it and return to the red barrier.

Finally, go around the mountain (right side while facing it) but swim on the surface. Opposed to the second switch. Eventually, you’ll see two blue mushrooms up on the mountain. Above them is another cave. Get inside and activate the third switch. Now head inside the room with the chest and the Lyre. Play the instrument pictured below.

The melody for this one is 4, 3, 4, 1. Where:

• 4 is the fourth chord or the yellow one
• 3 is the third chord from left to right or the pink one
• 4 is again the fourth chord
• 1 is the first chord or the green one

Great then! Now that you have found all Clashing Rocks Small Lyres, what’s next? Play them on the Big Lyre, obviously.

Clashing Rocks Big Lyre Songs

So, as said, the Big Lyre is located on the central island, as you can see on my map above. Get close to it, as you see in my picture, and aim for the chords.

The idea is to play the same songs we have discovered above. The order is not important. So here is the solution to the Clashing Rocks Big Lyre Myth Challenge:

• First Song: 2,4,1
• Second Song: 3, 1, 2, 4, 4
• Third Song: 4,3,4,1

Each time you finish playing a song, a portal opens up, and you’ll receive 10 Coins of Charon in total. Pretty cool, right?
