The Sargasso Armour Parts count as Ratchet & Clank Rift Apart collectibles you have to find in the video game developed by Insomniac Games for PlayStation 5 when you reach the second planet. Planet Sargasso includes 4 Armor Parts that must be acquired.
Unlike the Armour Part on Corson V, one of these collectibles is a bit tricky because you won’t be able to get it on your first visit. As usual, before we move forward, keep in mind that the guide covers only the 4 Armor locations on Sargasso, but if you need additional help with the rest of the collectibles, check these guides:

Armour Part #1 – Galactic Ranger Helmet
The very first Sargasso Armor Part you can get is the one inside the Pocket Dimension pictured below.
It is also the easiest because this one can be obtained while playing as Rivet, and it is related to the game’s story, meaning that the plot takes you to the Pocket Dimension you see above. So, just follow the story, and you’ll get to this location.
The moment you get inside, your goal is to mount a Speetle. It is part of a tutorial, so you can’t miss it. When you do that, look in front of you, and on a small island several steps away from the Speetle’s location, you’ll see the Armor Part under a yellow crane.
This is the Galactic Ranger Helmet you’ll need to complete the Galactic Ranger Set.
Armour Part #2 – Robot Disguise Boots
The second Sargasso Armour Part is also related to the game’s story and can be found when you get to Rivet’s Hideout. This location (on the map below) is reached once you repair the bridge and after you deal with the Grunthor.
So after you get to Rivet’s Hideout, the moment you enter, hug the left side of the cave and remain on the ground floor. As you explore the area, you should be able to spot a Pocket Dimension on the right side.
While inside Rivet’s Hideout Pocket Dimension, you’ll need to follow the path created by the explosive crates. You don’t have to shoot them, but you’ll need to move as fast as possible and use the crates as platforms to get to the other side.
Jump on them, but don’t wait too long, as they’ll explode. The idea here is to move as fast as possible. The Armor Part is waiting for you under a stone arch on a higher platform, as you can see.
Again, this is one of the parts you’ll need to complete the Robot Disguise Armor Set.
Armour Part #3 – Robot Disguise Chest Armor
The third Ratchet & Clank Rift Apart Armor Part on Planet Sargasso is also part of the Robot Disguise set, and it can be found after you defeat the Seekerpede. It is inside the Pocket Dimension on the map below.
Keep in mind that in order to get to this Pocket Dimension, you’ll need to ride a Speetle by disturbing the nest located east of the rift. Disturb the nest, and ride across the river left from the tunnel in front of you.
When you enter the Pocket Dimension 731-71-86, you’ll need to complete another challenge by destroying some crates. The idea behind this challenge is very simple. You’ll have to shoot the crates one by one in order to create platforms so you can jump on them.
Try not to destroy all of them, though. The Armor, once again, will wait for you at the end of the section.
Armour Part #4 – Galactic Ranger Boots
Finally, the fourth Sargasso Armor Part is the one you’ll get by completing the side quest named Help Trudi. This side-quest, however, won’t become available until you finish the third planet (Scarstu Debris Field).
So, progress through the story, complete Scarstu Debris Field, and then return to Sargasso using your ship. At the location marked on my map below, you’ll find a quest-giver, and you’ll be able to start the said quest.
To finish Help Trudi, your goal is to find 30 Zurpstones that are marked on your map. Once you get all of them, return to this location and talk to Mort, who will hand over the Galactic Ranger Boots below.
