Scarstu Debris Field Armour Parts are Ratchet & Clank Rift Apart collectibles you have to find when you reach the third planet in the story. Planet Scarstu Debris Field includes 5 Armor Parts that must be acquired; therefore, below, we’ll go over all Armour locations on this specific planet.
Once again, a quick reminder that the guide covers only the 5 Armor locations on Scarstu Debris Field, but if you need additional help with the rest of the collectibles, check these:

Armour Part #1 – Q-Force Helmet
The very first Scarstu Debris Field Armor Part you can get is the one inside the Pocket Dimension pictured below.
This Pocket Dimension is quite easy to find because there is a vendor located nearby. However, completing it may require several tries. The idea behind this challenge is to time your jumps so you can cross the moving platforms.
Start with the one on the right and run towards the other side; then jump when the platform on the left side moves so you can step on it. Now, wait for the three square platforms to rotate and jump on them to reach the upper floating rock.
From here, cross the next three square platforms, and the moment you see the long one in front of you, move; jump forward; otherwise, you’ll fall. Repeat the same technique on the next platform (just before the collectible), and the challenge is complete. You can see your prize below.
This is the Q-Force Helmet you’ll need to complete the Q-Force Set.
Armour Part #2 – Robot Pirate Boots
The second Scarstu Debris Field Armour Part is easier to find because it’s related to the game’s story. As you follow the plot, you’ll eventually have to complete a challenge in the Gastropub below.
The said challenge is called Welcoming Committee and is accessed via a monitor. Since you are forced by the story to complete the Welcoming Committee Batltlepex Challenge, the Robot Pirate Boots are acquired automatically when you complete it.
Again, this is one of the parts you’ll need to complete the Robot Pirate Armor Set.
Armour Part #3 – Carbonox Advanced Boots
The third Armor Part on Planet Scarstu Debris Field is part of the Carbonox Advanced Set, and it can be obtained just like the part above. This means that you’ll need to complete another Batltlepex Challenge named A Grunthor Named Sue.
This is another Bronze Challenge (the fifth), which means that to unlock it, you’ll have to finish the previous four:
- Welcoming Committee
- Monsieur Francois
- Boomstick Blast
- Bugtrax
Armour Part #4 – Carbonox Advanced Chest
Following the same logic, the fourth Armour Part on Planet Scarstu Debris Field requires you to complete another Battlepex Challenge. This one, however, is a Silver Challenge named Revenge of the Seekerpede.
To be able to unlock this challenge, first, you’ll have to finish Planet Cordelion which is the seventh planet in the video game. Once you do that, the game forces you to return to this planet and to Zurkie’s pub.
Without spoiling what happens next, after you’re done with the events in the bar, locate the same monitor and start finishing the Silver Battlepex Challenges. The fifth one (pictured above) can be played after you beat the following:
- The Mangling
- Ka-boomstick Blast
- Pest Control
- Freezer Pop
Armour Part #5 – Carbonox Advanced Helmet
Last but not least, the fifth Armour Part on Scarstu Debris Field is the Carbonox Advanced Helmet, which once again requires your presence in Zurkie’s bar.
As you can see above, to get this one, you have to finish the Twice As Nice Battlepex Challenge, but this is a Gold Challenge. To be able to play it, you’ll have to return here after you finish Planet Viceron or the ninth planet in the video game.
Next, make sure you complete the first four challenges in order to unlock the fifth and acquire the last armor piece. These are the challenges you have to beat to unlock Twice As Nice:
- Manglers Are Forever
- LOL, That’s Random
- A Good Time To Zoom
- Vroom Around
And that’s about it, friends. You just found all Scarstu Debris Field Armour Parts. Ready to go after the Planet Savali Armour Parts?
