Outriders Main Quarry Loot Chest Locations Guide

Main Quarry is an Outriders quest area you will have to explore while playing the Expedition main mission, and it includes three Loot Chests that you should find and claim. The Outriders Main Quarry is one of the largest areas in the Quarry region and also the last one you’ll have to cover while following the game’s story.

Once you deal with the boss in the Main Quarry, you’ll be able to move to the next region; however, do not leave the Quarry without fully exploring all areas, especially Mining Town.

To enter the Main Quarry, all you have to do is to track the Expedition quest. The quest’s objective marker will lead you across the river near your main camp. Make sure you activate the Riverbed Explorer Flag and also find Jabari Achebe nearby.

This NPC allows you to start the Dying Wish side-quest, thus granting you access to the Mine & Refinery area where two Loot Chests can be found. After you cross the river, head up the hill, and you’ll see a gate. The section behind the gate is known as the Main Quarry, and your first objective is to collect more lithium for the filtration system.

Without going into details on how to defeat all enemies here, make sure you grab the following chests as you advance through this area’s sections. Keep in mind that there are three of them.

Loot Chest #1

The first Outriders Main Quarry Loot Chest is close to the excavator where the first lithium is found. Kill all enemies, then grab the lithium, and then move right around the vehicle to spot the chest on the hill in front of you. You can see it in my screenshot behind some rocks.

Loot Chest #2

The second Outriders Loot Chest in Main Quarry is also the most accessible because it is found in the same cave as the lithium but in the second section. It is basically impossible to miss.

Loot Chest #3

Finally, we have the third one, which is extremely easy to miss. To get it, first, you’ll need to defeat all enemies in the next section, including the Behemoth and the Screecher. Then, get the final lithium for Zahedi. Once you do that, go through the final gate, then turn left to spot it next to a pile of boxes or crates if you want.
